Horrific...
I experienced lies and untruths to make me sign and exchange.
Luckily we pulled out at the last moment.
Please stay clear of this house builder. Definitely not a 5. star builder as they advertise.

Sales team are not consistent and as a buyer, you are increasingly left out of the progress of the build after they have your deposit. We were promised site visits after the covid by 2 people then told not by another. First fix was completed without our knowledge, of which we were told we could approve before plasterboard.
No updates, no replies to emails...... Very disappointed and let down what should be a very exciting and happy process

Reserved a house and waiting for it to be built, girls in sales office are really nice and helpful. Area is nice with woodland nearby. Homes look nice although none have double garages.

There is no parking here, I wanted to visit a friend only to find there is no parking near by, I drove around for quite a while then had a long walk.

Nice place but the streets are not adopted by local authorities so parking is run by private pirates who clamp the unwary are charge £100 for realise not a place for visiting

Not great selection of houses and silly decisions like 5 bed houses only having single garages. Staff are pretty inflexible and not overly helpful considering the amount of money they ask you to part with. Afraid I cannot recommend the development.
