Bethan has been phenomenal!!! We can’t recommend stoke Gifford Allen and Harris enough. They relived so much stress, kept in constant communications and answered any questions we had. My partner and I recently relocated to Bristol from the Channel Islands. Allen and Harris in Stoke Gifford was the first letting agent we visited while on a weeks holiday and we were warmly greeted by Tiffany and although it was her first day working for the branch, it was certainly not her first day in her career! She was extremely professional and knowledgeable and as luck would have it, a flat which suited our budget and criteria was about to come on the market in a few weeks.
Tiffany stayed in constant communication with us, giving us updates on when we might be able to carry out an online viewing, as we still lived overseas. Which we found difficult with other estate agents while on our visit. Tiffany was accommodating to all of our needs!
I honestly cannot recommend Allen and Harris enough for making our dream come true and Tiffany for working so hard to help us start a new life!

Lettings service has been increasingly terrible over the past 9 months. No key contacts to deal with as it appears they all keep leaving. I'm having to chase up rental statements and payments on a monthly basis. I leave voicemails and no one gets back to me. I will be moving my properties elsewhere once the agreements run out.

Emma was phenomenal! She was pleasant. She kept us in the loop throughout the process. She communicated well. She kept us well informed. She answered all my emails / calls within the day. I was thoroughly impressed. Emma Beaumont was exceptionally and absolutely awesome to work with.

I have found Allen & Harris to be very helpful in my search for a property to purchase. Amy in particular is friendly, professional and proactive. There are a number of viewings I have done with some other agents and they have not even bothered to call me for feedback. If I was selling a property, I would definitely place it with Allen & Harris.
