We bought our second property through M Coleman, couldn’t recommend them enough, Ben was so attentive, making contact even if no update. I have been renting out my property with them for nearly four years and they have been absolutely excellent. I chose them because I bought my small down-sized house with them and the purchase went through really well, hence my choice to rent old house out with them. Efficient, friendly, cost effective!!

I purchased a house through M Coleman and sold my property through another local branch of a well known chain of estate agencies. The difference between the two is stark.
The staff at the branch are extremely friendly and helpful, and despite a particularly complex purchase they were fantastic throughout the whole experience and did a lot of the chasing of my sale end of the chain which would of otherwise have been expected of my own estate agent who were not in the slightest bit interested. Ben deserves a particular shout out for his dedicated help going above and beyond during this process for hunting down information from elsewhere.
Towards the end they were even committed to going above and beyond, in an untraditional way to ensure the purchase went through successfully at a crunch point. You won't get that level of personal service from the big chains and it was a gesture very appreciated by myself and I'm sure my sellers too.
I won't be moving in a hurry but if I need to sell in the area I will certainly be in touch with M Coleman to use their services.
