Emailed this agent through zoopla and their own website on the Thursday regarding a property to rent. No answer for the next 4 days. Called their landline on the Monday enquiring, told that there wasnt anyone from the lettings department available but they would call me back the next day. 2pm the next day, still no email or phone call. Called again and was informed that the property had gone over the weekend. Massive waste of time, no communication.... Read more

These agents sent roofers to inspect chimney leak from floor who then came back without appearing on video. Said will repair half way around flashing/skirt etc on there side, when should be done in one full strip, so doing it wrong. Will they listen- no and wont compromise but not there property. Been on urgent list since December.Wont let us use professionals split costs, bad property agents.... Read more

THANK YOU RICHARD AND THE TEAM !!!! When it came to selling our house for the first time it was very daunting, we called up a few estate agencies and arranged appointments, the first couple appointments were terrible, seem to be rude and wouldn't really explain to us about the whole process. So this left us very nervous, We had coupe more booked in but not confident at all UNTIL we meet Richard. He is on totally different level to any other Estate agents. He walked through whole process made us feel at total ease and made it very personnel service from start to finish. He sold our house within matter couple weeks and all moved into our new house all done before our 2nd child arrived. We can't thank Richard and the Team enough, we gone from our first home to Our family home and Richard has made it such enjoyable experience.
