Because of the distance involved all of the communication was through WhatsApp, email,or phone.
Howard sorted everything needed including a solicitor for the conveyancing and provided a seamless service from start to finish with courtesy and professionalism.
This was supported by weekly phone calls from Kerry at head office with any relevant updates.

I have found Howard and the team to be honest, friendly and helpful. Sadly I had buyers pull out of my house sale leaving me unable to proceed with my house purchase through Lancastrian Estates but they were very kind and supportive especially trying to help me recover some wasted expenses already committed to the purchase. The law doesn't help protect us from being badly treated when it comes to house sales so honest, fair people like Howard and his team make a big difference.

I’d like to express my opinion on Lancastrian Estates now I have moved into my new home and have settled in .
I thought the team dealt with my purchase of my semi detached bungalow professionally and Howard kept me informed from start to finish on a daily basis especially while negotiating on the price of the property. Howard was clear, concise and professional regarding getting the best outcome for me in a time frame which was acceptable.
Even though moving house can be very stressful Lancastrian Estates and in particular Howard made it bearable and I’m glad everything went to plan in the end.

What a fantastic and genuine agent. From my initial phone call, viewings through to completion, Howard was very professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. He was very helpful, and nothing seemed to be a problem for him, short notice viewing requests where accepted. He was always there early, when I arrived for viewings, he had the doors open waiting. He genuinely took pride in the property, during my viewings he would always be checking the inside and outside for any concerns which would effect the property.
Kerry was absolutely excellent at her job, going above and beyond with the patients of a saint considering the lengthy time it took to completion date, no fault of Lancastrian Estates. She seemed to take the purchase personally with updates weekly by phone or Email and nothing phased her, she had the knack of putting my mind at ease through her friendly but professional approach and any questions or concerns I had where swiftly answered.

5 stars to Howard and his team for the professional way he conducted and concluded the sale of our property and the purchase of our new property. He picked up ALL the assets of the house we put on the market, how it was in a catchment area for a family with children, highlighting fields to the rear of the property, local public transport and schools. Very impressed with the high quality and again professional way he produced a "walk through" video and the photos used in advertising. He also found us the bungalow we now live in. This happened in our retirement year, where we promised ourselves a nice holiday away. So we left the country for 6 weeks, gave Howard the keys. Our experience of Lancastrian Estates was second to none. The whole process was excellent, the property adverts really help you get a feel of a property especially the 3D video tours. We viewed a bungalow with Howard and it was such an easy going and pleasant experience, we were not rushed at all and indeed spent an hour at the property. Howard answered all our questions during and after the visit and was very supportive when the lower part of the chain had issues.

All staff are really friendly and courteous and very supportive in helping us to secure our dream home. Both Howard and Kerrie at the Lancaster office were really professional and responded to every call and email and assisted in chasing solicitors for updates. They also communicated effectively with the seller. Couldn’t recommend them more and made our house move run smoothly and quickly.
