Most unprofessional company we’ve ever done business with, and they try to scam you out of every penny they can. They do not take care of their properties and when there is an issue in one it takes months to repair. This company shouldn't exist, very unprofessional, I placed an offer on a house they accepted sent all my personal details. from there on they stopped replying to my email and didn't answer my phone calls. eventually I was told the house is sold to someone else. I was 5 minutes away from the appointment after driving 40 minutes and paying £8 for them to say that the person isn’t in today. It’s 11am so they’ve been open and known for two hours but just cancelled five minutes before. Awful.... Read more

Awful letting agency. Terrible communication and slow to deal with issues. They took a month to replace a broken oven and eventually only did after numerous calls and emails. Flat was freezing and damp but they never did anything other than painting over the damp. Would avoid this agency like the plauge.... Read more

Really bad service, I drove 3 hours to view a property as I'm relocating cities (which they were informed of) I have also offered to pay the entire tenancy upfront to help move things along easier. On the day of viewing a property with them I called to inform them that I was running 10 minutes late only to be told that they had cancelled. I received no notice of this, no text/call/email.
