Theo was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. From the very beginning he was professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping everything run smoothly. What really stood out was how much he went the extra mile — whether it was keeping us updated, answering questions quickly, or making sure every detail was handled properly.
Buying/selling a property can be stressful, but Theo made the experience so much easier with his positive attitude and clear communication. He was always willing to help, nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and you could tell he genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us.

We appointed Jordan Fishwick to sell our rental property in Wilmslow in a slow market. Ollie was very proactive and kept us informed with feedback from all viewings, and we eventually accepted an offer. What should have been a straightforward chain free process unfortunately dragged on but was managed professionally and sensitively by Richard Peck, especially when nerves on both sides got a bit frayed. Communication was faultless with calls returned and e-mails responded to.

Excellent service from start to finish. Richard supported us over a number of years with both our sale and purchase and was always professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Once our offers were accepted, Owen took over and guided us through the process efficiently, always keeping things moving and making everything as smooth as possible.

Marcus and his cowboys. They wasted a year of our life, clueless about conveyancing laws for flats. I would have more confidence in letting the fish and chip round the corner selling my flat.
