I don’t recommend this estate to anyone. I’m really disappointed with The crown estate agency, one lady from agency called me today and booked a viewing for me, when I arrived there with 2 little kids , the lady wasn’t there and no one else knew about that booking, the owner was there and instead say sorry to me he started to shouting, as you can see in previous reviews all staff are so rude.... Im really disappointed with this estate agency, very rude and impolite staff and also poor service. Instead of arranging to view a flat, they started talking really bad about it, then one of the staff said "if I take you to the property you should take it, otherwise I will be unhappy". The estate agents should wear nice and talk and act nicely. This is their job to arrange viewing, otherwise how should I rent a place without seeing it? Instead of makin compliments they said very tough about it, so I would say it was waste of time and money, because I had to get a day off to go there for nothing. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!... Misled landlord by giving employee and landlord reference for prospective tenant when in fact, said tenant was neither employee nor their tenant. Needless to say tenant was problematic and defaulted. Please make sure you check all references independently from any referrals given by Crown Estates... Read more
