Very friendly, approachable and professional. Good communication and worked hard for us as we approached the exchange date making sure we achieved the exchange on the requested date. Responded well to questions and always returned calls and emails and were pretty much on the ball with all aspects of the sale. Having the same agent acting for us throughout the sale and being our main point of contact should not be underestimated, it gives it a more personal touch and builds a healthy rapport between agent and client. Would we use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbours... definitely.... Read more
