For my experience with them it’s no way a 5 star. It’s got to be 6 stars out of 5. I have dealt with many agents in the area and all have done their job well in my experience. However, I never worked with Adam Hayes before and had heard some good things about them so decided to give them a try. I did so just to build more contacts in the property game and was seriously , pleasantly surprised. By far thebest agents I have dealt with. . Tarek Hassoun was dealing with me predominantly and was superb. Polite, did his job to a high standard, gave good advice and generally looked after things very well. As a landlord your always looking for people to take the strain off you and Adam hayes seem to understand that without being told. If your an old boy like me I say to you “give them a try, you’ve got nothing to lose” and then see how easy they make your life.... Read more

Yasser came to the maisonette to appraise and give a considered valuation. He was thorough in his observations and candid in his feedback and so began the sale with Adam Hayes. The viewings came think and fast from the resourceful Seta, Ouali, and Ramy. Whilst my main point of contact was Mina, who did a great job as point for the sale, all members of the team rolled theirs sleeves up and were on the ball.
