Unprofessional Receptionist! (Didn’t explained to the dr what happened with me!)
Arrived 5 mins late just because it’s my first time to go for “register only”and the receptionist said you are late!! I was looking for a car park and I parked my car 10 minutes away from the dentist as I couldn’t find a space and I moved new to this area!! I explained that but there was no mercy! And it was raining and she saw me i came with a little baby with pram!!
They also didn’t say arrived earlier than your appointment in about 5mins when i spoke to them on the phone! (When I arrived she told me that!)
It’s only a form you need to give it to me get my details!! I don’t know why she didn’t let me do the form as the dentist was empty no one in or waiting!!
Plus the receptionist didn’t welcoming!!
Very bad service will never go back to this dentist !

This dental practice sadly puts revenue above safety. It can provide treatment. However, when it comes to the health and safety of patients and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, this practice, unfortunately, fails to meet patients needs.
I was due to visit a hygienist on 25 March 2021. However, a night before I have developed COVID-19 symptoms. I contacted the practice. The receptionist informed me that my deposit for the hygienist visit could not be returned due to the rules of the practice.
I believe such an approach places patients and staff in danger as it might discourage other patients to cancel appointments when, for instance, they develop COVID-19 symptoms. This unfortunate experience made me reconsider further engagements with the N12 Dental Care practice.

Had my first Hygienist Teeth Cleaning with Desiree, She is absolutely amazing. Super friendly and professional service, almost no pain, and my teeth look pretty cleaner and healthier than before. Hight Recommeded!

Is unprofessional at all , the woman in the reception i think doesn’t understand english . I was asking if the dental is good and she was replying i have things to do customers waiting , i am not here to tell you this and etc . Absolutely rude and unprofessional

I visited the clinic to install a dentist, and the doctor told me that the total price would be £ 380 in no more than a month! You know how much I paid ?? £ 919.00 in a period of more than two months. It indicates the lack of credibility of the clinic (I feel deceived)

Wonderful, clean and friendly practice. The hygienist always makes me feel very at ease, and does a very thorough job - my teeth are always gleaming afterwards! dentists are lovely, always listens and advises without being pushy. This is my regular dental practice, I have also recommended to many friends who are now happy customers/patients :-)

I have been a client of this lovely dental practice for nearly 5 years. They are professional, caring and friendly. If I ever have a dental problem I am seen very quickly and I am so grateful. I am not a spring chicken anymore but still getting compliments on my teeth! They must be doing something right !

Amazing experience. A colleague at work had invisiling at n12dental and recommended them. I went for consulting and immediately felt comfortable.all my colleagues have commented on my teeth since and this has lifted my confidence massively. I really felt I have to leave a review today.

They were my first place I registered to when I first moved to North Finchley. Not sure why I tried somewhere else but I decided to come bk and can I say I cannot recommend them enough!!
They made me feel comfortable, relaxed my anxiety and they're very professional and friendly.
I hate dentists, but because of them I might just frequent it!
They have a light hand and are good at what they do.
Cannot thank them enough. I'm staying. See you soon!

RUDE !!!
My bridge was fell off and needs to be glued. All it needs to be done just put the glue in. As it is done by Mr Senghani and it wasn't feeling right l kindly asked him to if he can try again. It is literally takes just a minute. He was shouting at me and speaking in a rude way and he told me get it fixed somewhere else next time. Unbelievelable. He has an attitude problem definately. He has no right to do that. So stay away this Dentist if you don't want to ruin your day.

Avoid this dentist....
There are 2 receptionists. One is lovely, the other can only be described as rude and unhelpful. I called and booked an emergency appointment. The receptionist confirmed the time and took my details. Prior to ending the call I confirmed the time of the appointment again. Due to her manner on the phone, I decided to ring around to find another dentist in the area. Luckily I succeeded. So I called this practice to cancel my appointment, only to be told that the appointment was never booked! I expressed my amazement to the nice receptionist.
Still perplexed at the situation, I called back and the horrid receptionist answered. Her response to the situation was, "I'm sorry I did not realise you wanted an appointment". If that was the case why bother to take my details and confirm the time, not once but twice. I'm surprised this dentist has any customers. If I had not managed to find another dentist and had turned up to be told there was no appointment I would have been livid. I'm grateful the other dentist I found, in the area, does not treat it's customers this way.

I felt unwelcomed as soon as I walked into the dentist office and was looked at with disgust by Desiree Sheridan who was working as a dental assistant. As a woman of colour Desiree Sheridan made me feel uncomfortable. Her racist look was full of hatred towards me. I did nothing to deserve this. I was just attending my appointment and was treated awful. I don't recommend Desiree Sheridan.
I am no fool N12 Dental Care is right next to the old Post Office. I have the right practice.

I went to N12 Dental Care on March 25,2019. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit there. I have been to a few dentists on my life time. Dr Hassan is the first dentist I have trusted in many years. He saw all the work I have had done she is going to fix the problems that just happened with my last dentist. If you are looking for a great knowledgeable dentist. Who cares about you go and ask to see him.Thank you

My personal experience with N12 Dental Care was amazing. We have consistently received excellent care from N12 Dental. They do great work but don’t look for ways to charge us more. They are so good about getting us in for emergencies and the dental surgeons they recommend when needed are top drawer. The staff in the office are all positive, friendly, professional, and helpful especially Dr Senghani

Been a Patient for 4 years, decided to have some extensive work, crowns, and veneers. Dr Senghani reviewed all the options available, cost, timeframe etc. to complete such. They were excellent to work around my business travel schedule. They addressed the concerns I had and completed the job in a professional manner. I only wish I had done all the work earlier!! They did everything I asked. I have a few other matters that I want to be addressed; will be seeing Dr. Senghani for those dental issues also. They did a great job for me !! Thank you

My 3 years old daughter Had an appointment for 1:30pm I`v received a phone call on the same day around 1:00pm being told that the appointment has been cancelled . Fast, efficient and professional service by the entire team. I was able to book an appointment at a time that was convenient for me, and the experience from arrival to treatment to follow up was excellent. The staff at the practice helped me to overcome my fears of going to the dentist and went out of their way to ease my anxiety throughout the procedure. very professional work place, clean and friendly staff. My friend told me about n12 dental clinic and finally decided to come in and glad I did. The service was great. It was quick to make an appointment and the staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, until I left the Place. The procedure was painless, and the dentist was very informative and reassuring. They make going to the dentist a lot easier!

Dr kafil is my favourite dentist, very experienced and knows what he is talking about and never pushes you into getting treatments like some dentists do. Takes his time to explain everything, very friendly practice and very honest. I really really like this place.

Dr. Senghani is an excellent dentist. he took the time to explain every procedure he was doing. For example, when I got my teeth whitened, Dr. Senghani was very supportive, and thorough when explaining the process. he is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality. I would recommend Dr. Senghani to everyone. he is the best dentist I have ever had.

I cannot believe the amount of care and education that comes from Dr. senghani and his staff! I felt so welcome and my anxiety was put to ease with their explanations of what was happening with my mouth. This practice is managed well by the young practice manager god bless him.

I have never been a fan of the dentist and I found my experience great. I felt like the Dental Hygienist was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She informed me what she was doing and the reason for doing it. She also explained to me better ways to take care of my teeth that would work for me as I have struggled due to having a small mouth. She was very gentle while cleaning my teeth and made sure that I was comfortable. I also liked Dr. kafil. He was very professional, friendly, and Knowledgeable. He explained to me all my options and treatment going forward and which items were most important to take care of now and others that could wait.
A very big thank you to the lovely young practice manager. Happy new year

Excellent experience!
Me and my daughters were just in for exams, x-rays, and cleanings. The practice Manager was very friendly and accommodating. evelina, the hygienist is very nice and she does a great job. Dr. Sepideh is very pleasant and conducts a thorough exam. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone in the area looking for a great dental experience

I had to get a tooth repaired and a crown replaced. I had been looking for a new dentist and N12 Dental Care was recommended to me by my friend. I have been pleasantly surprised. I have never had a dentist or an assistant follow up with me to see if I was having any discomfort. They were very easy to work with and it was easy to schedule an appointment with them. Everyone there is so pleasant to work with. I won't hesitate to go back! Dr Kafil isn't the dreaded visit that it was in the past. Thank you!
Also Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable; they take the time to explain what they are doing, and why; they explain your options and provide estimates. Great group.

I would like to share my experience and say Thank you very much to the Dr Kahil, as my 5 y o son needed tooth extraction, and he did it very well. not many doctors will do it in the surgery, they will send you to the hospital where they put you on the waiting list..... we needed the urgent help and we received it in the best possible way! I would recommend this doctor to anyone! Many thanks! P. S. No nasty, rude people in the reception either as i read in some reviews, I was in this surgery more than 10 times,I think in general you meet rude nasty people if you are rude and nasty yourself. Be nice and kind and it will come back to you in every way! All the best to everyone!

I literally live opposite this dentist but I have been procrastinating to register due to my busy schedule. I popped in today finally but the attitude from the two receptionist was not welcoming. I don't wanna tag them racist but I will rather go somewhere else than come back.

N12 dentist should get rid off this young female receptionist working there.
Im from finchley area and many friends and neighbour told me about the receptionists that they are so unprofessional and rude.

I have seen Dr. Kafil several times now, after moving from luton to london, I really needed a dentist that I could trust. I was so satisfied with the results of my dental work, I won't go to any other dentist. The office was really professional and clean. The TV's and the technology that you see inside the dentist chair was out of this world. Loved to talk with Lea, and the rest of staff there, they are so friendly and caring, about your well being so much.

This is by far the best dental office I've been to! Dr. Kafil is very gentle and professional! The whole staff is super friendly and make u feel comfortable during your whole visit! They have tv's in each room for your own convenience! Very clean office and nicely organized. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends (:

I highly recommend N12 Dental Care. The staffs are very courteous. Dr Sepideh is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Had to bring my wife in on a Friday and they were able to schedule us for 4pm. Right at 4 she was already in the chair and Dr Sepideh was seeing her.
We came in today for her 4pm and right when we walked in she was taken to the back. This place is very good about their schedule; yet still take the needed time to handle everything. The place is very clean and looks beautiful inside. I'd rather go to a dentist that is clean like this one, rather to some I've been to with dust everywhere. We are bringing both of our daughters later this week for their check ups and cleanings.

Another appointment with Dr Kafil. I never really liked dentists, but he's the best I've encountered. He's really gentle and light with his hands; he always makes me feel comfortable. He's the only dentist I trust. He has the best assistants. My visit is not complete unless one of them is around.

I had the best dental experience I have ever had today . I was a new patient who chose this place because of all the good reviews. I made an appointment yesterday; they were able to squeeze me in today because someone cancelled last minute. The location and hours are convenient for Loop workers, the office is beautiful, and everything seems immaculately clean. excellent job

I have had twice dental extraction in this clinic but both unsuccessful
the second time which I went three days a go , the tooth broke and the sharp edge tooth has damaged my cheek inside mouth and it is so irritating and caused swelling and I just had to bite my cheek anytime during three days bank holiday so I had no choice to leave it as it is till get back to her to repair, it is not professional because I had to get injection again and I hate it.

I'm not one to write reviews but my experience has been so appalling that I couldn't help myself on this occasion. I've been going to this practice since I was very young and I had a lovely South African dentist who always did a fantastic job. Unfortunately he recently left and ever since my experience has been just awful. The reception staff albeit quite young are incredibly rude and full of attitude, particularly a young lad who I recently had the displeasure of dealing with. I have had a few fillings replaced recently which came out within just weeks. I've never experienced this before. Although I've been at this practice for about 20 years, I won't ever be returning.

My mother was worried about visiting a new dentist for the first time, but the experience could not have been nicer at this practice. The receptionists were friendly and efficient and she was seen exactly on time. The dentist she saw was very pleasant and gentle and quickly sorted out my mother's loose crowns and denture problem. The dentist did not try to push my mother into having any extra work or repair, which she appreciated, and the cost was very reasonable. Altogether my mother was very happy.

Their office is awesome. Every chair has a beautiful skyline view and they've built their practice with the latest & greatest technologies & specialties. They have an incredible staff & always takes the time to give you his best. They're so awesome, I still see them when Im in finchley area, even though I live in bedford

After a bad experience
elsewhere, I didn't really want to see a dentist any time soon but when
I started to feel a nagging pain under a previously treated tooth (root
canal/crowned tooth done elsewhere) I looked for a nearby dentist with
good reviews. I found N12 Dental surgery and registered with them over
the phone. Very soon after (the next day) I called to ask if I could
get an emergency appointment as the pain was now quite bad and I was
feeling ill. The person on the phone was both polite, understanding and
helpful. I got an appointment the same day (within 5 hours of my call).
When I arrived, I was greeted by a lovely person on the reception who
was helpful, kind and honestly made me feel a lot better just by being
a lovely person. Imagine meeting someone who instantly puts you at ease
and comes across as a good friend and you've imagined this person. They
were welcoming and straight away I was impressed. I was seen by the
dentist quickly and they were impressive as well. They listened to what
I had to say (despite it being a long story of previous treatment) and
made me feel like I'd done the right thing choosing to visit this
dentist. I had a check-up and x-rays that identified my problem (an
infection under the crowned tooth) and one other problem I wasn't aware
of (the need to have a wisdom tooth removed) that could have led to
bigger problems later. Talk about thorough! Strangely, I would usually
freak out over this but it was handled so well, how can I be worried?
I'm now scheduled to have the wisdom tooth removed in just over three
weeks time (at a time that they made such worked for me) and I'm
waiting on a referral to have the previously root canaled tooth re-
treated at a specialist hospital as this lovely dentist discovered that
the infection was caused by a gap between the tooth and crown left by
my previous dentist and will need more specialist treatment (though
they made me confident in this as well). I have been given the
medication I need to deal with the infection and all my options were
explained to me. The dentist, knowing I want to keep the tooth if
possible, took this into account and suggested re-treatment as my best
option but failing that extraction and possibly an implant. The dentist
took their time showing me everything and answering all my questions
without overwhelming me. After one visit, I have complete faith in
their abilities and care. The whole team seemed knowledgeable and took
time with each patient, making sure they personalised their treatment
and did everything they could. I would highly recommend this dental
surgery and look forward to writing another positive review after
treatment.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist and staff! It's very big and clean practice. Hygienist and dentist are very good and professional. My dentist did white fillings and also gave me a whitening home kit. My teeth are very white now after using this for just a few days. I did not think this kit is going to work, because I used many teeth whitening stuff before! But this really worked and I can smile again.
