Poor management and poor communication. Definitely do not recommend this hotel.

This was THE best place we’ve stayed in London. It is super near the tube station Gloucester Road. Just a mere 2 minutes walk. That station has the district green and circle yellow line and the picadilly line to Heathrow Airport. I realised in my many times to London that rather than being central, it’s much better to get a place that has several train lines. That makes going anywhere easy. There is a Tesco nearby so we could get groceries quickly. The apartment was very clean and huge. Everyday 2-3 staff would clean your room. We had such great service from all the staff including the cleaning crew. We left the oven grill dirty after breakfast, thinking we were going to clean it the next day after breakfast but while we were out, the superb cleaning crew had cleaned that up as well. They really took the effort to clean the apartment even though we weren’t checking out yet. The bathroom was clean and had a heated towel rack. There is a microwave, oven, hob, plates, cups, cutlery, fridge - perfect to make a proper meal or have quick meals. No seasoning or oil or salt/pepper so we didn’t cook per se. But Gloucester area has so many good pubs and cafes in a 15 minute radius so that was perfect for us. The TV in the living room had Netflix. You’re able to keep your bags and luggages before and after your stay. If I had to pick something to improve, our bed was very soft on one side which made us wonder if this was a sofa bed turned bed.

I have stayed at the Harrington on visits to London for 15 years or so. This is a great apartment style hotel with a great location in a great neighborhood. The management and housekeeping are as good as you'll find anywhere. The apartments are all a pretty good size for London and you have many attractions and transport linkages on your doorstep.

A very comfortable stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and made the stay very pleasant. The room was well furnished and had all the amenities one needed. A great location, close to shops, restaurants and transport.

Alex on the reception is very aggressive and un helpful , it’s like he enjoys giving bad news and making things difficult for guests, if you appreciate good service - I’d suggest not staying here!

La habitación con una cama muy cómoda y tv, cocina con microondas, tostadora, termo para calentar el agua del té, además de té, azúcar, y cafe.
Baño completo, salita muy agradable con tv y a escasos pasos del metro. Cuando volvamos a Londres repetiremos.

We stayed a week and the service from the time we checked in until the time we checked out was excellent. Friendly desk staff, great housekeeping and a spacious apartment in a very convenient location. Will stay again.
