Knight Frank Sales in South Kensington was very helpful and professional at marketing my property. They organised t a lot of viewings with credible purchasers and gave regular feedback. So I would certainly recommend them.

We used Knight Frank to sell a flat in London. As we live a few hundred miles away we needed an Estate Agent we could trust and rely on. We found every aspect of our dealings with Knight Frank South Kensington office totally professional and helpful. In particular Rebecca, who was able to keep us fully updated with the progress of the sale. Her knowledge and communication skills are outstanding. Highly recommended!

Ms. Rebecca Higgins has enabled our transaction to go quickly, smoothly and stress free. She has shown great efficiency. Transactions are often delicate and each one has unique challenges to overcome. Dealing with a professional agent such as Ms. Higgins certainly played an important part in the success of this deal.

I had a superb experience working with Fraser Wright of Knight Frank South Kensington Lettings to rent an apartment. Given the very tight timeframe, I am particularly grateful for the effort he put into making the process as efficient and enjoyable as possible. Fraser was extremely friendly, proactive, and generous. He answered the many questions I had, and made sure that I was aware of the important milestones and procedures. I am extremely happy with my new apartment and have Fraser/Knight Frank to thank. In sum, I cannot recommend Fraser and Knight Frank South Kensington enough to all prospective tenants!

I didn't have the best experience. The flat I'm renting turned out to have several issues which have been slowly fixed, but it seems like every week a new one arises.
Since I moved from abroad I couldn't see the flat myself before renting it. It was quite distressing to arrive and find that the flat had mice, a construction site next door, wood panels falling, and a leak. It felt like I wasn't provided with all the information.
After discussing the issues with Knight Frank they did what was on their hands, but I wish I could have known about the issues before deciding to sign a lease.
Besides the issues with the flat, Laura and Rose were quite friendly and helpful with any questions I had.

Alice Turner was extremely helpful and efficient throughout the buying process. It was a tricky situation but she handled the whole matter superbly and I am sure the deal would never had happened were it not for her input. We are very grateful to Alice for all her hard work and help.

I called Knight Frank and was put through to Laura Watts, I told her exactly what I wanted and she found numerous places to look at. We went to visit them all, and they were all perfect and identical to my description. She was also great at telling me good places in the area to visit and was very bubbly and kind. Laura made the whole experience of finding a flat very easy and it was all finalised without a hassle. Thank you so much for your help!!!!

Having had a rather stressful and unpleasant experience with another real estate firm, I was rather mindful of working with another company. The expectations and trust base were low. But working with Laura Watts and the group at Knight Frank, South Kensington, has restored my faith. They quickly abolished any doubts I had and proved to be beyond helpful. As I have lived in many countries, moving can be very stressful, but no question or ask was too small, which certainly eased my transition to my new place! I don't often write reviews, but in this case, the team and Laura deserve to be praised!!
