I called to inquire about letting a property in Chelsea. The gentlemen I spoke to was so rude. From the onset of the conversation had a bad attitude, as I was disturbing him. Very poor customer service. Most the properties listed on Prime location show the exact same photos. How can several have the same rooms. Very dodgy. There are so many other estate agents in London - this one is a miss for sure.... Read more
