This is the first time we have used Romans and the first time we have rented a flat too so I have nothing to compare it too. That said, I thought Nick Smith and Molly Greenfield were extremely helpful and very quick to respond to emails and calls (which is what we all want at the end of the day). Everything I asked for and which was due to arrive did and even after the deal was sealed, they handled a post signing issue immediately and sorted it to our top satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them on their efficiency, speed and polite and professional work.

It is my pleasure to write this review for the Sunningdale branch of Romans and especially Iain & Nick. Initially they were very helpful and managed to rent our property quickly with out fuss. Unfortunately our circumstances changed which required a delicate hand and understanding. No task was too much trouble and a resolution was found between landlord and tenant.. I would have no hesitation recommending or using Sunningdale Romans branch in the future.

I must say things didn't start well with Romans, the customer service was poor and unresponsive.
Things have changed since Rebecca Robinson became our property manager, we receive now professional and responsive customer service.

Having dealt with Rebecca Robinson on many occasions, I have found her to be very efficient, conscientious and professional in all aspects of her job role within Romans. It is so reassuring to have someone who appears to be on the ball and have a passion in what she does. She goes above and beyond the call of duty and she is a credit to the company. May her stay within Romans be long one as she may be difficult to replace.
