They arranged 4 viewings in the first weekend ( in the middle of a huge storm) they got 2 offers straight away and we accepted the asking price after some haggling. Our property is managed under the care of Julian Powell. As an expat family in which both my husband and I are lawyers (selling time), time is not a commodity we have much of. Add two busy kids to that perfect storm too. So as things in a house need repairs and/or maintenance, Julian is hands on, following up, providing updates and so forth.
