Jordan met me at our house to value it and had done his homework before he arrived, presenting brochures of other local houses in a similar price bracket and lots of information relating to how long they had taken to sell. He was well informed without being pushy, positive about the house, and I particularly appreciated him offering a fair and reasonable rate for the estate agency services without fuss and negotiation.
Winkworth provided an excellent professional photographer and the house went on the market within a few days of the paperwork being completed. A buyer was found within 4 days for close to the asking price, and the sale completed about 9 weeks later.
Chris Pennock dealt with the sale and was on hand to answer questions throughout the process, including gently nudging things along when the conveyancing process seemed to be dragging.
I would definitely recommend Winkworth in Sunningdale, and Jordan and Chris for their pleasant professionalism throughout the sale. Thank you.

this company is terrible, they are very nice to you at the first since you put down a deposit afterwards they are just useless and rude. I do no recommend this company. You should learn how to treat people, and to don’t do gazumping which is disgusting behaviour I will make sure everyone knows about this . Excellent real estate agency!! Their lettings manager Jenny Wintermeyer was very effective, kind, reliable and went out of her way to cater for all the specific needs we had as tenants.
I would have rated Winkworth maximum score it if wasn’t for their reference checking process which they outsource to a company named goodlord. That process was run very ineffectively by goodlord and I hope Winkworth will change provider soon.
Kudos again to Jenny for being a master matchmaker between tenants and owners!

Very happy with Winkworth who have let my property out again. Primary credit goes to Jenny Wintermeyer (Lettings Manager) and ably supported by Tabitha L who pretty much take on all the stress and headache with their professionalism , diligence and effort. Their responsiveness to queries and their comms on progress is super. I have used other Estate Agents in the area in the past but with Jenny & Tabitha (and am sure other staff members in background) I think Winkworth is a cut above the rest at the moment. I hope this continues.

It is not often when one comes across a professional in who one can have cause to have complete confidence in.
Jenny Wintermeyer has a remarkable combination of; great knowledge, long experience, high intelligence, accuracy on detail, genuine focus on your interests, people awareness, circumstance awareness, hard work, empathy, integrity, strength of personality and the courage to speak the truth and say what needs to be said in a direct yet very polite manner. She is industrious at filtering out all but the best prospects and at a time when you need someone to help minimise the many and various risks she digs to expose and assess unwanted risks. She is patient and easy to work with and manages the complete process end to end brilliantly and I think that it would be difficult to find a better person to do that. This is why I sought her out for the second time finding her at Winkworth Sunningdale and am again very pleased at the result.
