Both the sales and rental departments at Chancellors provide a first class service. Updates on viewings are consistently given within 24 hrs of each visit, general updates on the marketing of the property are issued every week, the personal service is outstanding - if the person you call is not in the office they always call you back. The professionalism of every member of staff makes dealing with Chancellors a pleasure. I would not hesitate to recommend this agent.

DO NOT USE.... Chancellors valued my property way higher than it is worth to win business. Do not fall for the same mistake I did... they have lots of market presence but notice that 95% are for sale and not sold. They tie you in to a long sole agency contract and just ask you to reduce.. sometimes twice in the space of one week!!!

My property was on the market in June and they have not had one viewing. When out of contract, they tried to claim if I go with another agent, be sure of who their introduced buyers are. By 'Introduced', they classify this as someone spoken to about your property and not necessarily actually been out to view. Based on this I was expecting at least 100 people being in the profession myself. When withdrawn the list of 'spoken to / emailed to' buyers was no more than 30. They claim to be a good agent and use neighboring offices to play to their advantage however clearly this had not been done due to the few people spoken to despite being on market for 3 months.

Leads were missed and or not called until the next day. Not a proactive agent and only interested in the money-earners. Anyone with a 1/2 bedroom - AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Wanted to buy a house from them and event told them that we are looking for a house that we can buy and move in a.s.a.p and they tried to sell us a house that had tenants in situ witch would make us loose our rental home and pay for a house that we can't move if...
Don't recommend not even for renting or trusting them with my property

Unprofessional outfit that lies to its customers.Tried selling my property with these guys who faked market interest and also fabricated viewings. When I requested to be present at one such viewing - strangely the interested party didn't show up. This was following a gut feeling by me that something wasn't right. After 6 months of complete juvenile flannel - I moved to Carsons, also in the village, and they sold within a month. Save yourself a ton of childish games and avoid these monkeys.
