I would highly recommend The Property Centre Quedgeley, and in particular, Julie Curran in the property management department. She has been absolutely invaluable to me in the last six years, managing a rental property which brought some challenges. Julie has excellent communication skills, a calm demeanour, and is extremely efficient. She has been supportive throughout, and even when the property was going through the sale process, she did everything she could to help - meeting the valuer, organising contractors, and dealing with the tenant. I am very pleased with the service I've received and will be moving one of my other properties over to Julie's care when the current tenant leaves. I cannot recommend Julie and TPC Quedgeley enough - five stars!

I’ve been renting from the property centre for a number of years, our property manager was Jodie who has been amazing, always happy to help us if we had a query or needed to raise a concern.
Our current property manager is Lydia Holford, she has been great with our end of tenancy and with our new tenancy in our new home, easy to get hold of and always replies to any emails really quickly and is really helpful.

We used TPC to rent a house. Oliver in the Cheltenham branch was very helpful - within a day of contacting him, he had matched us with a property that suited our needs well, a difficult task in the current rental market! Nothing was ever too much trouble for Oliver and he is generally a proactive person.
Jasmine at head office was our main contact once the tenancy started. I found Jasmine to be both friendly and obliging on every occasion. She helped arrange repairs quickly, resolved any issues without fuss and whenever I rang I always felt assured she would sort things quickly and fairly. Our landlord was an inexperienced landlord and I also valued that she seemed to build a relationship with the landlord and guided him through things also. I would definitely recommend Jasmine.

Prompt and reasonable throughout my time with them. I moved in at the start of the pandemic and they followed all guidelines to ensure that I was able to move in. I did lose part of my deposit at the end however the loss was in line with the quotes I’d sought for the works needed. Julie in particular has been fantastic and hasn’t at any point made anything feel like too much work and to the best of my knowledge has at no point told me “no” without seeking all relevant information.

Renting Team Libby was so helpful with helping us on finding the suitable house. However, when it comes to the property manager, I would have given 0 star. We emailed her numerous times about the fireplace that was spoiled during winter. Only had it replaced during spring. Bad attitude from Julie Curran. Please contact my hubby as per your record as I am currently out of the country.
Our issues as follows :
1. Water leak to the kitchen on the second day when we moved in. Haven’t been fixed since we moved out and stayed for almost 1 year. Landlords claimed it was our fault but clearly the house was vacant for a long time and there were grouts coming off from the tiles in the bathroom upstairs. Julie did not resolve this matter at all.
2. Fireplace at the living room was not working. Contacted Julie Curran since the start of winter. No responses, no updates, unable to contact her through phones. Fireplace only managed to fix 3 days into spring. We have a toddler and we all had to endure throughout the whole winter.
3. Random people calling me and claimed they were engaged by Property Centre to fix or check on some stuff. Again, no email from Julie to inform us about it.
There is absolutely no accountability from her except when to chase my hubby out of the house on the last day of lease, confronting my hubby.
We don’t appreciate her incompetence in resolving all the issues while we were staying at Scholars Walk. The only efficiency from her would be chasing people out of the house, constant mentions of being penalised for overstaying and the checkout reports. Give her a medal for that.
Have we ever been late for paying rent? Have we not give her sufficient time to resolve all the issues?

Q Are all estate agents the same?
A: Property Centre are professional, courteous and will hold your hand through an extremely stressful time in any ones life.
Their website is current with up to date information on how you can complain (if you have an issue), how they will protect your data and who they are registered with for all legal requirements of an estate agents. I tried another local estate agent and found they had nothing to secure your consumer rights.
No- not all estate agents are the same. Go with the professionals- Property Centre!

My advice is do not rent through the property centre as managers are argumentative and unprofessional and my personal experience is I wouldn't not recommend 52a Rookery Road in Innsworth as the landlords are terrible!!

Avoid at all costs! They will scam you out of your deposit. Poor customer service and exorbitant fees for tenants. All round bad experience.
I was a tenant with this company for almost a year (property directly managed by them). I have three comments which contribute to the 1 star rating:
1. Application fees/tenant fees are extremely high, well over £350 to get a flat is just ridiculous and explotive of people who can only afford to rent
2. We had an "inspection" where my partner was in the property. The inspector had disgraceful manners, lost their temper and acted extremely unprofessional. When we pointed problems with the flat they were not helpful and blamed us

The Property Centre has been in charge of letting my house in Quedgeley for four years. I have nothing but praise for the staff who handled all issues in a professional and personal manner. Gill, Tracey Jodie et al are a credit to the industry. I would thoroughly recommend this office to anyone.

only giving them 1 star because you cannot select 0!!!
awful service provided by all levels of their staff.You call up to bring something to their attention,you then get promised a call back (this never happens) after days and days of chasing you just give up.
I would strongly advise steering clear as they will not even negotiate over issues.The issues we have encountered range in importance but this makes no difference to them.
Thankfully i got away from them as quick as i could!
