All of the staff I have spoken to from this branch have been very helpful, in finding and showing me properties.
All of my viewings with this The Property Centre have been with Rechay, who showed me around several properties and was friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable, and great at explaining things to me as a first time buyer.
Rechay had also clearly spent time reading up on the properties before showing them to me. And was therefore able to answer all my property specific questions easily.

Barney Jackson and the team at the Cheltenham branch of The Property Centre have been phenomenal in handling the sale of my property. There have been no surprises as everything was fully explained to me from the outset. Their communication cannot be faulted. I was kept up to date with all viewings and progress on the sale with any questions I had being answered fully and in a timely manner. Their liaison with my solicitor and the buyer and agent has been excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and have already engaged them for my next sale.

We cannot fault the service provided. Our house was valued within 2 days and sold within 8 days. All of the staff were very pleasant to work with and quick to respond to any questions. Property centre also found us a house to buy in the same time.
