There is a lovely young lady called Zoë that works here as a mortgage & protection consultant, she is amazing! She speaks to you in easy to understand English breaking down all the legal mumbo jumbo. Even if she transferred to a branch the other side of the country I’d still contact her for her advise and knowledge!

Superb service from the entire team at Taylors Quedgeley. Katy was extremely knowledgeable of the local market and advised us perfectly throughout the process. She took complete control of the transaction and fully understood our position which meant we didn't have to be involved in every decision which was a great help.
Extremely responsive and always looking to find solutions to problems which naturally arise. Emma was also extremely helpful throughout and both worked tirelessly to get our sale over the line.
Exactly what you want from an agent! Must use!

If I could give them 6 stars I would. I think that the whole team is great. I have to admit, I have not experienced better customer service for a long time. Emma was taking care of the purchase of our new home. She was on the top of her work the whole time of the process. She always responded to our phone call. If we left message she returned the call. What's unheard of during covid. Everyone seems to blame Covid for all delays. We never heared any complains from Emma. Due to covid everything was taking much longer and needed more chasing. Emma was doing a job of 5 people. She always knew what was happening in every link of the chain. It was pointless for us to chaise our solicitors.They never responded but despite lack of communication from the solicitor side she was always trying to get as much information as possible. I would choose TAYLORS for my next move again. THANK YOU.

Zoe has been exceptional from start to finish with our mortgage. She has been professional, kind and extremely patient with the whole process. She is very good at her job and explains everything clearly (even if you feel like you're asking stupid questions) Zoe makes you feel at ease throughout the whole process and completely dedicates herself to you. An awesome Mortgage Advisor and one we'll be using again and again without fail.

Katy and Lily have both been friendly, polite and professional throughout the process of both selling our property and buying our new home. Feedback from viewings of our property was always promptly received and given to us honestly and professionally. The help that they have given us in buying our new home has also been excellent and they have always been at the end of the phone to answer any queries or just update us with how things are progressing. We are very happy that we chose to use Taylors and would defiantly recommend their services which we also feel are fairly and reasonably priced.
