Very quick to respond. Friendly. Knew the local market well. Gave valuable feedback and were spot on with the valuation. Flexible, especially in terms of organising viewing times. Viewings done by the agent. Photos and videos were of very good quality. Fees reasonable. The house sold within hours of going on the market.

The Property Centre as a whole are a professional outfit , courteous,driven and efficient.
Oliver looked after us from valuation to sstc, he is passionate about his work and converses well.
We would not hesitate in recommending The Property Centre and Oliver to friends and family.

Barney came over, and provided me with a valuation for my late father’s house.
He then took the time to sit down with me and explain how things would work and what to expect.
They sent me confirmations of viewings, but I was fortunate enough to obtain an offer for the full asking price with the first viewing.

Gloucestershire Property On-line were very professional in putting together the initial marketing but when first sale fell through, advertising could have been directed more appropriately. Soon after eventual buyers were found, GPO sold to The Property Centre who could have been a bit more assertive in pursuing mortgage broker on behalf of buyer. Also, we had to chase for updates more than we felt we should. Otherwise, happy with the service

The Property Centre were so helpful when we were selling at a difficult time. They gave us advice all the way through, suggesting different selling strategies to try and boost viewings and offering wise counsel when offers were received. All the time they were friendly, approachable and encouraging and handled the viewings on our behalf perfectly. Their communication with us could not have been better. Initially we used two agents (a supported move feature of a new housebuilder). We had no viewings at all through the other agent, yet, at the same time, The Property Centre were able to find us interested people. Need I say more!

Staff were initially very helpful and knowledgeable but when our property was put up for sale we were very disappointed. Photos, measurements etc were taken but we did not have the opportunity to check the details before they put the house on the market. The photos were poor. We told them if the garden was too untidy we’d sort anything out at the weekend but that request was ignored.We weren’t told we had any viewings. The first time we knew that the house had been marketed was when a friend told us that he had seen it online through zoopla. We were very upset about it. I raised my grievance on the Monday I felt we had to remove it from the market.
