I have just viewed a flat in Cheltenham. I was shown round by Rechay Richardson. .it was an easy going viewing. Rechay was very understanding of my situation and very easy to talk to. She informed of everything I wanted to know and questions I asked were answered. A lovely lady I really enjoyed meeting her.

Brilliant understanding of the property to view, able to answer all the questions we had, and if there was no answer, they contacted me as soon as they had the information.<br>Roisin was friendly and very helpful.

Really poor communication buyer did not have mortgage in principle. They also were first time buyers and we werent told when the first time buyer isa matured. We had a roofer turn up at the house wanting ro assess our roof. This is after a level 3 survey and estate agent allowed this. We also lost our deposit of £1k for onward rental because estate agent wouldnt communicate we needed to complete on a certain date. Would never recommend the Abbeymead branch to anyone!
