When we first rented the house from them, they called us every 10 mins to confirm, to make sure everything is fine, etc. After we moved in...well, it took them 4 months to send someone to fix something and they almost never reply to e-mails. I've been renting in London and around for almost 10 years now and this is by far the most unreliable agency I have ever had to deal with. They told us at one point to all sleep in one room (we rent a 3 bed house) in order to avoid the noise a drain they were supposed to fix was making. I am trying to get in touch with lettings department from a week,every time a lady comes up with same answer that they are busy,left my number but never heard anything from them.What kind of business ignore"s potential customers and waste time.Avoid them at any cost.... Read more
