Second time I've used Wilkinson, this time to sell our house in Dukes Ride. Lesley and Kevin secured an asking price offer immediately and before the property was listed on RightMove as they had existing connections with serious potential buyers. The selling process was managed very well and the communication was excellent. The team were instrumental in chasing up solicitors and getting the sale completed in good time. Would definitely recommend the team for selling or buying.

We have dealt with many estate agents over the years as both a buyers and a sellers. Our experience with this one was by far the worst. I am not just saying this because our seller, who happened to be a Wilkinson Partnership employee, pulled out of the sale. The communication was appalling. I know estate agents tend to have a reputation for not telling the whole truth but there are certainly others who are more open and honest and keep buyers better informed.

I could not talk highly enough of Wilkinson. From the minute of contacting them they have been professional, attentive and accommodating. They have gone absolutely above and beyond to help us every step of the way. If you have dealt with new build developers etc before you will know that any question is a straight no without even a consideration. Wilkinson's is the polar opposite. If there is a way they can accommodate you then they will. Absolutely hands down the best company I've used ever to put bluntly. When we sell or look to buy in the future they will be without question our first port of call.

I simply cannot recommend Neil Sippitt (of Wilkinson Partnership) enough. From start to finish of our purchase, I found him to be proactive, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Our transaction was unfortunately blighted by various unavoidable issues but throughout it all Neil remained focused and determined. In fact, Neil was far more use than the estate agent dealing with the sale of our property and kept things moving forward when they would otherwise have stalled. He definitely went above and beyond. Very happy clients. Thank you.

Neil Sippit at Wilkinson's in Leighton Buzzard has been excellent throughout our purchasing process. From helping us get our offer accepted to chasing up the developers and answering our questions, he's really worked hard for us.
He's been professional throughout and always makes us feel like nothing is a problem no matter how big or small the issue or question.
He's been the main point of contact between us and the developer which has meant extra work for him but he's been efficient and responsive throughout.
I would highly recommend Wilkinson's and Neil for anyone looking to buy or sell.
