Having been recommended by a friend to use Wilknsons to sell a house in Leighton Buzzard, we found the team to be very helpful and professional from the outset. They were very honest with the market appraisal and kept us updated regularly with feedback from viewings. We were having to sell the property from afar and so entrusted Wilkinsons to look after all the viewings and keep a general eye on the place in our absence; this they did gladly and without hesitation.Although the first buyer pulled out at a very late stage we decided to stick with Wilkinsons - there was no reason not to - and after a re-appraisal the property was re-launched with vigour. Again we received plenty of updates and feedback and a sale was completed fairly soon after; this despite the increasing pressure on the housing market due to external pressures. At all times, all were extremely courteous and friendly whilst remaining professional and focussed. We have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

In the marketing and sales process of our late parents property Kevin & his team achieved all the goals we set them with professionalism and empathy. Feedback from viewings was informative and regular and a sale was agreed within 2 weeks (in some what challenging market conditions) with the transaction being completed within eight weeks!
