Terrible service, was lied to. Got told that the buyers of my house had everything in place and were cash buyers. Only to be told that there mortgage wasnt approved. They will say anything to get a sale.
Also no communication from them, waiting ages for a reply from emails and never felt the need to let us know when the first buyer of our house pulled out. Would never recommend and can not wait till we can move estate agent's

We dealt with Michelle (mortgage advisor). Being a first time buyer can be very daunting. She was very patient and advised us through the whole process. Any questions or queries were answered promptly and she made us feel as ease. I would highly recommend.

Just bought our first house and connells were great. Michelle was fantastic and managed to find us a mortgage even with my extraordinary employment position. She went above and beyond to find the perfect mortgage for us. Sophie was great too as she practically found us the house which we would've thought was out of our reach. They are an amazing team and I would highly recommend using them. Very nice people and very professional.

Really impressed with everyone I spoke with, looking at buying a property in the area and everyone was really helpful and super informative with any questions we had and managed to get us a viewing quickly on the properties we wanted to see. Will definitely be using them again when buying/selling. Would defiantly recommend to both buyers and sellers!

Buyers & sellers avoid! Myself and my husband had the worst experience when trying to buy a property through this branch - to say the communication was poor is an understatement and both my husband and I experienced how extremely unprofessional the branch ‘manager’ Phil was. From the get go, they were offering false information on their listing, saying the particular house of interest has planning permission for a single storey extension, when it doesn’t (it was out of date by 6 months and would have to be reapplied for!). I asked multiple times for this information and was never given this until I managed to discover this through my own investigating. I made multiple agents, including the branch manager aware of this and they finally admitted were fully aware of this and and they still failed to updated on the listing. We had constant trouble trying to get in touch with the branch and were told we would have an update or them call us back and then they would fail to do so. I even had to result to getting back in touch with them through Zoopla! When I was raising my concerns to the branch manager, Phil and he was unable to apologise or take any responsibility, especially for the lack of communication he then hung up on me! Avoid, this branch like the plague.
