First rate customer service from Vanessa and Hadley. Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.

I worked with Vanessa and Cameron whilst selling my house, They had around 20 viewings booked (some even before pictures where up) and we had multiple offers. Vanessa kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and really supported me during difficult times with my Solicitors ( unfortunately I do not recommend using Franklins in Milton Keynes... but that's for another review)
TAYLORS are, in summary, a fantastic choice of estate agents in Leighton Buzzard. Their service, proficiency, level of response and communication is perfect.
NB: ( I have moved 3 times in the last 6 years and have therefore used a fair few of the agencies in the town) Taylors are defiantly at the top of the list!

Amazing experience with Taylors!! Couldn't recommend them enough. Great for first time/unexperienced buyers who could use a little more attention! The app is a great way of tracking progress and tasks, with the live chat too - handy for quick questions!
Very professional and clearly care about clients needs with no judgement.
Cameron was a great host. Chased owners for viewings and accommodated on weekend. Vanessa was outstanding with chasing solicitors and getting the sale over the line before end of the Stamp Duty holiday. James provided excellent service and is now managing the property - with a competitive rate and defiantly 5* service. You get a text message whenever there is a viewing and they keep you up to date with what's going on.
They are easy to contact, answering the phone and replying to emails. Thanks guys!

I wholeheartedly recommend the Taylors branch of Leighton Buzzard if you are looking to sell or purchase a property. My husband sold our flat (owned by him) with Taylors this year and the service we received from them was outstanding. The property was sold within a week to a fantastic buyer and everyone at the branch was incredibly helpful throughout a stressful time as you can imagine with the stamp duty holiday.
Vanessa especially went above and beyond for both of us to get our property sold and therefore led onto us completing on our forever home (joint purchase). We were kept informed and received regular communication from the branch. There was always a least one member of the branch contacting us, fantastic communication that there was always someone covering our sale in the event of annual leave. This regular communication, chasing and applying pressure to our purchase’s Estate Agents really made a difference in allowing us to complete prior to the stamp duty holiday ending.
I will never be able to thank Vanessa enough for the difference she made throughout this process, she even took time on her days off to keep things going for us and I’ll be forever appreciative of that.

Buying a house at any time is a stressful event but when adding in the deadlines of making completion prior to stamp duty cuts, you can imagine the pressure everyone is under!
Despite the stressful situation, Taylors were able to sell our house within 1 day, find us an ideal buyer and push the process through quickly and efficiently.
Vanessa from the Leighton Buzzard branch consistently kept us informed at all stages of the process even without us even having to chase. This communication made a real difference to the outcome of our sale and enabled us to complete on our dream purchase.

Highly recommend using Taylors Estate Agents in Leighton Buzzard, From start to finish they have been truly amazing. I had the pleasure of dealing with Vanessa who was nothing short of incredible! she went above and beyond for us, we couldn't of got through it without her. From constant communication to applying pressure on the chain during the sale process, liaising with the solicitors, she covered it all and even on her days off she made herself available. Nothing good to say feel as though they are hanging up the phone on me not wanting to discuss the matter , the day I moved in which I didnt get the keys the date the tenancy was signed but still payed from that date , told me they never managed the property but was told by the letting agent at aylesbury that they was third party when viewing, told me it was ready to move into no hot water for a month. I still however feel you guys are responsible as you then told me numerous times that you wernt managing the landlord manages the property I rent out in dunstable month 2 mould appeared in the middle of summer which is obviously a defect or lack of ventilation which on that account I still haven't been informed when the ventilation system will be serviced landlord has been given a improvement notice it has been a ongoing issue from day 1 including electrical problems. You then served me a section 21 & 2 days prior to the eviction you have changed my energy provider but you dont manage the property? You done this with no hesitation you didnt notify me, I believe you should of contacted me to ask of my situation fwi due to the pandmeic the council have said I cannot be evicted at this present time. All this company cares about is taking their chunk of money

Complete money grabbers, absolute sharks , don't listen, make up the rules and fees as they go along. Try to extort money from both tenants and landlords at every opportunity - the worst letting agent I have ever dealt with - completely untrustworthy and incompetent.
I have been a landlord for over 25 years and they don't score any stars for their service, but you are unable to leave a review without giving a minimum of 1 star! It's no surprise to see that the letting dept has been moved to Aylesbury from LB - probably for their own safety!!!!!!

Meh is the best I can really give them. Gave them my details had plenty of calls from when but when I rang back 5mins later said who I was they had no clue who might of rang me and why said they would find out and get the person to call two weeks later same thing would happen and again two weeks after that an ongoing cycle of calls. Would seem to me someone just kept calling my mobile to hit some sort of call target rather than actually having anything to sell or discuss.

Can't urge enough how frustrating these agents are. We were first time buyers and we had a sale fall through, which is not the reason for the bad review, these things happen. It's the way they handled the situation which has left a very sour taste.
From the very start, all they were interested in was pushing their own products and services even though we had solicitors, mortgage advisors, and even a mortgage lender all set up. The responses were slow if non existent, and even when they did respond, names were spelt wrong etc, very unprofessional.
When being informed the owner was potentially pulling out, we were given false hope the sale could still go through and we would only have to postpone. It was clear with the situation that the sale was never going to go through, which wasted valuable time that we didn't have. Avoid if you don't want to your time wasted.

Jamie and her colleague Kate were very approachable which made it easy for me to call or email any time for advice. Very poor.
we were negotiating a price on a flat for months, we got told if we offer a certain price it was ours. So we offered that price, Taylor's then came back and said for another £2000 it yours, we said no and left it there. A month later they emailed us giving us a price, saying once again it's ours if we offer that. So we did for them to come back once again trying to get another £2000 out of us. Very untrustworthy
