Excellent planning of Disney Euro trip. Unfortunately the Eurostar strike took up a day of my holiday but the team at Kingston stayed in touch and tried all they could to find an alternative route. Sadly I had to spend most of the day stuck in Lille arriving 8 hours later, but I did not feel like I was on my own as the team were amazing.(Hardly their fault!!) They are now working on getting some compensation for me. Thank you so much.... Read more

Useless - spent significant time on phone to book, wanted me to come in to finalise. Then made some stupid excuse up for not honouring the price. Could have used the excuse over the phone, when I went and was asked to wait and then when it was my turn - told it was a no - USELESS!... Read more

I thought they were good with 0% comission. However they offered me £130 less explaining things to me after I questioned the exchange rate. I fell for it only to learn later that I was lied to and could have gotten so much more. Never going to them again.... Read more
