We recently sold our house through Hamptons in Kingston upon Thames. The whole team were knowledgeable, supportive and full of optimism throughout.
This was our first move in many years and hopefully we will not be moving again but we would not hesitate to suggest Hamptons to anyone embarking on house selling and purchase. Peter leads a great team and a special shout out to Zoe and particularly Paul who kept us updated every step of the way!

Molly, Jodie, Anna from the Kingston office had done a terrific job to let out our property. They are very responses and always stay on top of the tasks. The processes were smooth and opened. We got offers quickly and were able to move on.
We would highly recommend Hamptons for those who want to rent out their propeties quickly.

The most ridiculous agency I’ve ever encountered! We had seen properties in the same building identical to the one listed. We were abroad and asked to put in an offer directly and prepay the rent for over 1 year. Their lettings department would not allow it without an in person viewing, which was not possible due us being on a work trip abroad. We were offering asking price with 1 year prepayment and they wouldn’t even relay the offer to the landlord! To say that’s discrimination is an understatement! We explained multiple times we would vary all the risk of not seeing particular flat and that we had seen the ones right above and below it. Any property represented by this agency should be aware that their policies are preventing offers from being put forward to landlords!

I'm happy to make an offer on a flat in a building that I've already seen two flats in (with other agents). They insist on physically viewing the flat before I can offer. I explain that I'm out of the country and that I know exactly the building and what the flats are like as I've seen two flats there, but they won't budge. Other agents are happy to let me take the very small risk. Super unhelpful. I'll also point out that I had to chase to get them to respond to my phone message and email.

We had one week to sell our house after seeing a rarely available house that we loved come on the market through Hamptons. Peter proposed a competitive pricing strategy which we followed and Paul, Zoe and Jackie packed in viewings right up to the last minute. We ended up with multiple offers over asking price after 6 days on the market which enabled us to present an offer on our purchase property before the offer deadline. The increased sale price meant we could increase our bid on our purchase property and we had our offer accepted amongst a sea of offers. Paul managed the sale and purchase process and kept up communication throughout so we knew what was happening at every step and both sale and purchase went through without any significant bumps. We’re very happy customers and thoroughly recommend Hamptons!

Mr. Paul at Hamptons has done an incredible job assisting us during the purchase process! The process has lasted around 6 months with many parties involved. Mr. Paul acted as a real problem solver pushing the deal to completion and exchange. He also recommended an amazing solicitor for us. Thanks to this team we finally enjoy our lovely house!

We bought a house with Hamptons Estate and Letting at Kingston. Paul M. was leading the deal and he went way beyond what one could expect. The deal was incredibly complicated and involved two sellers that didn't want to work together. If it wasn't for Paul would probably still be in process of purchase! I admire how he was constantly pushing different parties and communicating effectively so that we can progress.

The Hamptons team, specifically Jodie from the Kingston office, was our saving grace! After two months of stressful searching and multiple failed offers with agents who were slow or failed to understand our needs we found Hamptons and were saved! Super professional and efficient from start to finish. We were really impressed with the speed of open communication from Jodie’s team and the efficient electronic signing process they use.
Would highly recommend for renters who want to cut through the clutter and find high quality homes quickly.
