We bought a house with Hamptons Estate and Letting at Kingston. Paul M. was leading the deal and he went way beyond what one could expect. The deal was incredibly complicated and involved two sellers that didn't want to work together. If it wasn't for Paul would probably still be in process of purchase! I admire how he was constantly pushing different parties and communicating effectively so that we can progress.

The Hamptons team, specifically Jodie from the Kingston office, was our saving grace! After two months of stressful searching and multiple failed offers with agents who were slow or failed to understand our needs we found Hamptons and were saved! Super professional and efficient from start to finish. We were really impressed with the speed of open communication from Jodie’s team and the efficient electronic signing process they use.
Would highly recommend for renters who want to cut through the clutter and find high quality homes quickly.

We have just completed on a house in Surbiton. We were looked after by Paul who was amazing from the first viewing to completion.
Paul took our poor perception of estate agents and turned that on its head. We cannot recommend Paul and Hamptons more highly.
Our purchase became difficult and complicated with some issues, not connected to Hamptons, that could never be forseen. The issues should have caused us some real stress, however, Paul took them all away and ensured the process was as painless as possible.
We are so grateful and thankful to Paul and Hamptons for everything they have done for us.

Fantastic experience from Peter, Zoe and the team at Hamptons Surbiton and Kingston. We found our dream property on the coast in Wales and had just 2 weeks to sell our property in Kingston or the house would go back on the market. Luckily we were given great advice on the pricing strategy, an open day arranged and we managed to secure a proceedable buyer in time ???? we received great post offer support and advice as we moved through the sale. The team did everything they could to ensure we made it through to completion in a tough sellers market! We now called Wales home and it would not have been possible without the team helping us to achieve our dream! Thank you so much Peter, Zoe, Paul, Beth and the team! Recently I purchased house with the help of Hamptons, but my sale took me 8 months because of issue with the bank but one thing Zoe , how fabulous and helping she is, she convinced the seller for so long, so the sale can happen and go through, one thing I will say If you are looking around property in Kingston and near to that area, just give it a try to Zoe, highly recommended ??????????

Here’s our experience with Hamptons
We call four different estate agents for comparison and I’m glad we chose Hamptons, Gene estimate was very accurate and from start to the end they were very professional, our representative was Zoe
and she was brilliant in every aspect, most important to us was that she kept us updated constantly during the sale, they also recommended to us Rose and Rose solicitors and Diana make sure during the whole procedure everything went smoothly
