Not only was Thomas very professional in his work, he cared about how we felt as much as himself. This agent has proved to myself my family and friends just how professional they really are. they always go the extra mile to get the end result. Thomas Patrick estate agents is a local estate agent in Northampton and I can honestly say that we would not use anyone else. They currently manage five of our property's for us two in Milton Keynes,and they are an extremely professional organisation. As a landlord I can only say do not appoint Thomas Patrick as your letting agent. This guy is just an absolute charlatan. We had missing rent payments (x6mnths) that took nearly a year to be paid with endless excuses attributing it to accounting problems. One of our favourite excuses was another landlord with the same name as me had received my rent in error but couldn't return the money as he had spent it!!!!!! Over a year on and with promises that the problem had been resolved we're again missing over £2000.00 of rental payments for our property and still getting paltry excuses of new accountants making errors, blah, blah, blah. This is the most unprofessional pathetic excuse for a letting agent in Northampton stay well clear.... Read more
