Alan has been an absolute hero, supporting me along the way and also helped me chase my chain once the sale of my house was done which he didn't have to do. Lucy Alan Estate Agents was everything I was looking for from an estate agent but thought I’d never find! I put off selling my house for years as I dreaded having to deal with estate agent but from the very first meeting with Lucy I felt reassured and confident about the process. Lucy gave great advice and her valuation was bang on. Even when I lost my buyer (not at all their fault), they kept calm, and found a new buyer the same weekend all while reassuring me. I’m so glad I decided to use Lucy Alan and have already recommended them to a friend who is selling. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is decent, hard working, knowledgable and friendly to go with it, choose Lucy Alan!

We have just purchased a house that Lucy Alan were selling. Our whole experience with them has been amazing, they basically took on our estate agents role too and we went through them for everything. My husband rang Lucy literally daily which I’m sure was very annoying, however she didn’t mind at all. She was always so helpful, chasing not only their buyers solicitors but all down the chain. If I was to move again I would use them myself. Thank you so much guys, I’m not sure it would of happened without you.

Lucy and Alan are both passionate about what they do and take great pride in getting to know their customers and their houses. Always easy to contact them and everything was straight forward. Really competitive with fees. Very happy to have sold our house after our first day of viewings. Lucy and Alan sold my mum and dad's house. They were brilliant. Really friendly and supportive. Always giving updates. The process was long but it was nothing to do with Lucy Alan - just a complicated chain - but they kept my parents up-to-date and involved. Would thoroughly recommend them.
