They were very attentive listened to what l wanted and worked with me closely and advised me the best way to market the property l was selling.
After only 3 weeks on the market l had a posative viewing and after only a further 6 weeks l comlpeated the sale.

Lucy Alan Estate Agents was everything I was looking for from an estate agent but thought I’d never find! I put off selling my house for years as I dreaded having to deal with estate agent but from the very first meeting with Lucy I felt reassured and confident about the process. Lucy gave great advice and her valuation was bang on. Even when I lost my buyer (not at all their fault), they kept calm, and found a new buyer the same weekend all while reassuring me. We have just purchased a house that Lucy Alan were selling. Our whole experience with them has been amazing, they basically took on our estate agents role too and we went through them for everything. My husband rang Lucy literally daily which I’m sure was very annoying, however she didn’t mind at all. She was always so helpful, chasing not only their buyers solicitors but all down the chain. However, I was always able to speak to them on the phone & they responded to e-mails in a swift & professional manner. If you looking for an estate agent with a personal touch, that deliver on their word and are relentless in overcoming any issues then I can’t recommend Lucy and Alan enough.
Its fair to say we didn’t have the most straight forward home moving experience due to issues in the chain, and it was touch and go for a while. However, despite this, we can honestly say that without their commitment and drive we would never have moved. They guided us through our darkest of days, gave us honest summations of the situation and options, and tirelessly worked to overcome the numerous challenges.
We are now the proud owners of a new house and we cannot thank Lucy and Alan enough.

I would not hesitate one bit to recommend Lucy Alan estate agents.
We primarily dealt with Alan for for our first time purchase. Nothing was ever too much trouble - he was patient and cooperative throughout the whole process and even turned up at the house with the keys and a bottle of champagne! If you are looking for a personal touch when buying or selling then this is the estate agent for you. I liked the consistency of dealing with the same person throughout - it helped settle my nerves and gave me huge reassurance. Fantastic experience with Lucy Alan. They were so personable and helpful with all our requests.
We had amazing service and very professional but without the stuffiness of those other type of traditional estate agencies.
I would highly recommend them as their social media presence really gives the edge over others. Modern and current, they really are undoubtedly the best in Northampton.

Lucy and Alan were fantastic. They really understood our property and how to showcase it to prospective buyers, we were impressed with the quality of the photography and the descriptions online.
They were really helpful with valuations and organising viewings to suit our schedules and when showing people around, made sure to double check on details instead of making answers up.
Whilst our chain was hampered by things outside of our control, Lucy and Alan kept us updated and importantly kept talking to the chain and our solicitors to keep things moving, we felt they were in our corner and fighting to keep the chain alive.
We would happily recommend Lucy Alan Estate Agents to anyone in and around Northampton.

Outstanding. It took us over 8 months to find our first home — we met a lot of estate agents but none as friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile as Lucy Allen. They mediated tricky issues raised in our home buyer survey, made daily calls to wayward solicitors (making sure we completed before the stamp duty hike) and even popped round once to make sure we had settled in. Would not recommend this agency, people don't know what they are doing. I called to enquire about the property, agreed on viewing, firstly I was given wrong address! When i called the agency was advised that I was scheduled for viewing, but it looked like the agent was not at place. When I got to the place there was no agent to show the property.....
