We have worked with Davis & Bowring for several years, first as rental property managers and, then when selling our home, as estate agents. In all cases, the Davis & Bowring team - Jo Bond, Jacqui Gregg, and Tammy Skelton - have been exceptional to work with.
Their attention to detail and professional expertise has made our lives so much easier. From vetting tenants and keeping an eye on our property, to helping us get through the details of the sale, they have been wonderful. There were many times I just needed advice, and felt like I could call on their experience to point us in the right direction, or at least explain the context of the situation. Every single time I had a question, they were responsive and helpful. Throughout, their help has been so appreciated!

I am so glad and relieved that I chose D & B ( two friends' recommendations), this is not "gushing". My house sale was definitely not straightforward, especially in these uncertain house sale and Covid times. The marketing brochure and photos were excellent. I was always consulted, "heard" and kept in the loop. I felt that, despite the current pressure that the D & B staff must be feeling, the conveyancer (especially) always "had my back" and treated me kindly and respectfully.

We have dealt with Davis and Bowring both as purchasers and a seller. In both cases the service received was exemplary. Sam Johnson and Jacqui Gregg were both tenacious and worked relentlessly to get the sale over the line. More recently, Jacqui again was extremely helpful in concluding the purchase of a bungalow, facilitating a number of visits in trying circumstances due to the pandemic.
We wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend their services.

We purchased a property for whom Davis & Bowring acted as the agent. I always found them to be a very professional firm, and responsive in regards to communication in relation to our purchase (and chain). One thing I have learnt is the value and importance of responsive communication when house buying / selling, and we only ever had positive experiences in this area with Davis & Bowring. I would have no hesitation about dealing with them in future.

Some of the most stuck up and arrogant staff I have ever come across at any company so fair in my life.
Some would actually think they are working from Mayfair in London the way they go about themselves but should really have a reality check that they are in fact estate agents from Lancashire.
I would never ever purchase from this company even if it was my dream home. Avoid!
