AVOID AVOID AVOID! I have just taken this company to court for withholding months of overdue rental payments. This company is everything a letting agent should NOT be. They don't reply to emails or return calls. Having visited them on several occasions they always promise to pay but nothing ever materialises. They blame faulty bank systems for payments not being received when in reality is they never have any intention of paying. They fail to pass on messages from tenants and withhold deposits. Do not believe any positive reviews written about this organisation, they are likely to be fabricated. Also beware that this company may now be trading under a new name! I hope this helps someone avoid the stress that this company has caused me!... Read more

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Typical company which confirms people's fears about estate and property agents who would sell their own mothers house without her knowing. It's by far the Worst property management company in the London area. Never available to speak when repairs or money is owed. Only positive reviews are written by their own staff. COMPLETELY DISGUSTED IN THEIR PRACTICE. DO NOT USE THEM.... Read more

I worked with this company a while ago. A Company known in the area that breaks and breaches in their contracts. They tellbstaff to tell tenants that they are not in the office when they are. They hold back payments to tenants and lie to say they haven't received payments. Have had angry property owners and tenants come to the office angry at the treatment received. I have heard them lie to people on the phone. They say nasty things about people behind their backs and take advantage of people they know they can exploit. It was a horrible experience working with them and I left when they did these things to people I know. I'm surprised they still haven't been shut down or investigated. I hope I can help people by writing this so they don't make a mistake by using this company.... Read more
