I've been leasing my premises with Towndoor since Feb 2015. I find all of the Team extremely friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We are very lucky in that our office and store are within the Towndoor HQ, so we also benefit from lovely loos! :)

We have known Towndoor for nearly 9 years and have been there tenants for 5 of them. Originally the idea was to move into one of their units while we looked to buy our own, but not any more. Why would we move when they go above and beyond at everything they do to make their tenants lives easier. Zest for Print have a permanent address on the Towndoor estate.

Lu's Place is a new business that occupies Unit Q1 at Meltham Mills Industrial Estate and we are very happy with our property.
Towndoor puts in a lot of effort into maintaining the site, keeping it clean, tidy and a nice environment for our clients to visit us and staff to work in.
The team are extremely responsive and conduct themselves in a professional manner.
We would recommend them to anyone looking for a commercial property in the area!

The David Brown Tractor Club moved into J2 Meltham Mills Industrial Estate, Meltham a few months ago, we are delighted with the light bright building, fully refurbished prior to us moving in. The Towndoor Estate is the home of the original David Brown Factory so it's like coming home. Jack has been excellent getting things sorted often going above and beyond with a few teething problems, he has a very positive can do attitude which is brilliant, everybody at Towndoor have been very friendly and professional and we are looking forward to our partnership for many years to come.

We were a tenant of Towndoor at Unit D Lockwood for 3 years. The process from the start of negotiating the lease through to handing back the unit was very straight forward. The office and warehouse we had was exceptional quality and any issues we had were dealt with quickly and professionally.

I was looking for an office in the Huddersfield area to expand my company and to have a Yorkshire base. After speaking and visiting many units/offices with different estate agents I was losing faith that I would find something to suit. I found Towndoor through a google search and I could not have been more impressed by the company and in particular the contact I made (Sophie Page) who overlooked the transaction and process for me to become a tenant. I would strongly recommend the service from Towndoor and I am looking forward to a long successful working relationship.

We were tenants at Towndoor Unit O2, Knowle Lane, Meltham for 7 years. Towndooor were an excellent Landlord, very supportive, any problems we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently, they are a real pleasure to deal with. The only reason we left recently was that we outgrew the premises. We grew our business from start up to 3million turnover in this period. A big thank you to Dan and his team and all the very best.
