We recently sold our house in West Yorkshire using Ryder & Dutton's Holmfirth office. We were very ably supported by Fiona Joyce who was particularly helpful and understanding when we had several family crises which meant we had to put things on hold from time to time. Once our sale was agreed Fiona provided lots of advice and support along with Kia, Freya and Catherine in the office too.

If it hadn't been for Fiona and the team at Holmfirth Office we would not have managed to move, simple as that. With lots of issues along the way, delays and weeks with nothing from legals, only Fiona and colleagues kept us believing we'd one day be in our new home. I can honestly say I have never known a company go further to help their clients and all with such compassion and understanding. We're only sorry early setbacks from various others in the process loaded more work onto Fiona. We are truly grateful.

Selling a house sounds like a transactional and "simple" process. Of course we all know it isn't once you've been through the process. It is a rollercoaster. It is full of emotions, unforeseen hurdles and potential pitfalls. Fiona and the team were punctual, prompt and transparent and I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and dedication. Would recommend!

Our viewing was done by Catherine who was very straight forward and honest and friendly. We then requested a second viewing which again was dealt with efficiently to fit in with our restricted times with a couple of text reminders of our viewing time
