Very poor on all accounts.
Firstly the property was falsely advertised. The estate agent lied to to me when I questioned why a neighbours vehicle was parked on the driveway during our viewing. Her response was she didn't know, once I had moved into the property she informed me that the neighbours have right of way a can utilise the driveway at their own discretion.
Property was not clean when I moved in. I found stains and hair stuck to the carpets, cake wrappers on the sofa, mould in the washing machine and faeces in the toilet see photos.
The properties suffers from structural damp. I reported this and was instructed to clean it. I did not. I have now left the property and CPS Estates have kept nearly £1000 of my deposit.
This is just the tip of the iceberg with the issues I had dealing with CPS Estate Agents.

I have just sold my dad's house with CPS I would definitely recommend them Always at the other end of phone for all my enquiries however small On completion day they were so useful better than my solicitors! A really friendly and efficient team

This Estate Agents is exceptional and their service is second to none! I just recently started renting a property from CPS and from start to finish, Jo and Emma were so helpful, informative, kind, professional and so efficient. Jo kept me up to date all the time and her communication was amazing. She sent a detailed email of everything that I needed to know about the property and she always gets back to you straight away if you have any queries. I would highly recommend CPS Estate Agents to anybody as I cannot fault their service. Its been a pleasure dealing with you Jo and Emma and thankyou so much for helping me get a lovely property.

Landlords steer clear! Absolutely useless. Replaced the door on a listed building with one that was not acceptable to the council and taking zero responsibility- which I am now personally having to fight with the council. Tenants burnt down my shed, damaging the fence with zero consequences for the tenants and hounded me to foot the bill! They don't care about or follow through with any complaints from the landlord regarding poor service, but will gladly allow tenants to withhold rent for very minor, non urgent reasons. My advice? Go for a smaller, local estate agency that is better informed about your building requirements and actually cares to keep your business!

Jo and the entire team have been absolutely wonderful, professional and helpful in the sale of our property. We left it in Jo's (very) capable hands, after we moved abroad. She has gone above and beyond to look after our property and our interests throughout what turned out to be a very long sales process. Cannot thank her enough, nor fault the service.
