From the day I noticed a property in Rightmove, Ellie was brilliant with myself and partner regarding the property we have now moved into. She kept us informed every step of the way and made the process seamless. In her absence, her colleague Elton was brilliant with keeping us updated where possible. The pair of them have been amazing and put any anxiety that I had to bed. If I needed to in the future, I will most certainly contact both of these people for support moving again. Thank you again! The staff are very approachable and accommodating. Elton and Ellie helped me with the whole process of my first ever rental. They helped with the forms, answered all my questions and nothing was too much trouble. Shipways were both professional and personable I would definitely recommend them.

This the 2nd time we used services of Shipways Estate Agent in Dudley. Our 1st experience in 2015 went ok with staff at the time. Our recent experience went exceptionally outstanding. Elton dealt with renting our property in a professional manner from day 1 until the process was completed and beyond. Elton provided attention to all details throughout the process. Ellie also provided quick and efficient support whenever Elton was away. We highly recommend both if anyone looking for exceptional service.

Ellie and Elton have been phenomenal we were give 21 days by our old landlord to move and we move in the end of this month thanks to there help and quick responses to queries and really helped us process everything we need to as soon as possible and we really appreciate them without there help we’d be homeless

Shipways Estate Agents are simply the best,they treated all clients equal irrespective of their race or skin colour,Staffs are excellent and professionals..
I met this calm,happy,,gentleman from Shipways and I explained to him the accommodation issues have got,this man treated myself and my family nicely,,without looking at our skin colour,OMG,God bless you sir....

Do not buy a modern auction property we have paid our money and get no contact at all from slipways at dudley hollie never returns our calls nor the auction team in Durham hollie silver never returns calls to totaly dire experience ????
