My mum moved in with me due to health issues and her property was empty. We were able to leave some unwanted furniture in the property which massively helped us. I found UK Homebuyers very good to deal with, they have just bought a house I have recently inherited. I was a bit cautious at first but explained my concerns to Lauren on the phone and she explained each step and what would happen throughout and I am pleased to say all went to plan throughout. I wanted a quick sale with no chains, viewings or nonsense from buyers (the house was in bad condition) and that is exactly what I got. Would recommend if you need to sell a house quickly and can't be bothered with the normal open market and buyers.... Read more

After hearing a few horror stories about similar companies, I was weary about using as quick sale company but I am SO glad I chose this one. The team were always on hand to talk to when I needed and answer any questions I may have had. The whole process took around 2 weeks from start to finish. Had an offer from them within a few hours of calling them for the first time which i was happy with (although ive got to be honest i expected them to reduce it after the survey as the house needed quite a bit of work) - but i was presently surprised that they stuck to their offer even after discovering quite a bit of damp in the basement and a boundary issue! I cant praise them enough, especially Lauren who seemed to respond to my emails before i had even sent them lol - she was that on the ball. The service we received from Jon and Steve was exemplary. We contacted them at a moments notice in the hope that they would be able to meet our incredibly short deadline. We had found our brand new dream bungalow and were only able to secure the purchase if we could exchange and complete a week before Christmas. They assured us that they would be able to meet this deadline and we needn't have doubted them for a minute. They went above and beyond to do so and we were able to meet our deadline and move in, in good time for Christmas. I cannot convey highly enough, the trouble that they went to, in fact; nothing was too much trouble and they took the usual hiccups in the process in their stride and completely took all of the stress out of the situation for us. All in all, they turned a very uncertain situation into an, all too rare; stressless and positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.... Read more

Absolute professional from start to finish.upfront, honest and responsive. Jon and his team helped to secure a firm offer and sale and were a great help during the COVID lockdown in ensuring our sale went through. If you want a quick, hassle free sale then uk homebuyers are the people to use. You may not get full market value for your property but you also don’t have to pay commission, deal with multiple viewings or worry about anything that you usually deal with through a traditional estate agents.... When I called UK homebuyers to sell my late uncles house I never dreamed things would be sorted so quick, true to there word they made an offer an stuck to there offer even after viewing (the house needs a full refurb top to bottom) an said this would be finalised within 7 working days an sure enough the paperwork was all sighed an money in the bank, they truly do stick to there word an make selling your home quick and easy, Many thanks to Marcus an Steve they made the sale flawless would recommend UK homebuyers your first call if you want a quick hassle free sale... Had a property sitting empty for 18 months, called UK Homebuyers and the house was gone within 2 weeks. They recommended a solicitor for me and even sent a rep round to my house to help me complete the paperwork and courier it back the same day. That was it, I didn’t have to lift another finger. Yeah I could maybe have gotten more on the open market but I could have been waiting for 6 months and no guarantees that it would sell, plus doing it this way was sooooo much easier ????...
