She always went the extra mile, nothing was too much. Being an independent estate agent enabled the personal touch, I feel.

If I could give HS Homes more than 5 stars, I would! Communication 10/10, by far the best estate agents I have ever dealt with! Fran has gone above and beyond to support us looking for a new property. If you are thinking about working with HS Homes, do it!

It is not often I give reviews, but I felt this needed to be stated. I had enquired about a property and was emailing an agent consistently. She has booked me on for 2 pm. I emailed to confirm the booking the next day, and she had said 1.15pm - I did not have enough time to get there. I had still driven down wasting 1 hour and a half of my time (I tried calling multiple times) I'm very dissappinted with the service as I was told, "The agent is unlikely to do any further viewings on this as we have had a really successful day today." With it being no fault of mine, I was declined. Not impressed. Not valued. Not appreciated.

I had the great pleasure of meeting Fran, HS Homes Solihull, when I had to sell my Mother's Home after she’d sadly passed.
From the very first time I met Fran she impressed me with her knowledge and professionalism. She guided me through the process of the sale and has been extremely supportive, above and beyond, the whole time. Nothing was too much for her. She problem solved each step of the way and made what could have been a stressful process, appear easy.
I highly recommend Fran and would not hesitate to use her in the future.

This lady is fantastic! She got me a buyer in 3 weeks and completed in 5 weeks,, she did what she said she was going to do, she grafted, and to think my house sat with two agents for nearly two years and I even did all the viewings.. I recommend this lady unreservedly, and on a daily basis to everyone .. I like a women who says they can .. and things materialise !!

As soon as we turned up to the first viewing she was friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. From making the offer to the keys exchange she has gone above and beyond to make sure we were in the know and up to date. She’d reach out throughout the process to check in and see if there was any other assistance/answers we required. She was available in out of hours which helped us out a lot. Does exactly what it says on the tin.
Bespoke service from start to finish , Fran is always at the end of the phone as and when needed, Fran goes above and beyond her expected level of service and we have been kept updated daily even if there was nothing to report.
Fran said she would find our final home for us and she did, and what a ride it has been with several setbacks, Fran has been on hand offering reassurance at every stage and contacting solicitors daily to keep us informed of the progress.
Fran comes highly recommended by us and without her , we wouldn’t be in our dr I’m eam home.
Thank you Fran for your invaluable service and for going above and beyond and being different from the rest.
