Fran was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was easy to communicate with and always clear. She made us feel instantly at ease and supported us through a challenging & stressful situation without any judgement whatsoever even when I had to ask the same question multiple times and panicked over the tiniest of things. Fran responds rapidly to any messages sent & really worked very hard to help us sell our house.
When things were happening behind the scenes and we were not directly aware of what was happening, Fran would keep us up to date with what she was doing to support the sake of the house (I've not experienced this before and it was excellent knowing that things were being done)

I sold my house with Fran and completed in March 2025. It was a great experience from start to finish. Fran was always available via text or voice messages so there was no needless chasing or speaking to a secretary to beg for a call back. Her sales strategy was sound and we worked well together to ensure I got the best price possible for my property. She was always on the ball and chased things before I even had to ask, resulting in a completion in under 2 months from accepting an offer. I couldn't recommend HS homes and Fran more if you are buying or selling, this was the third move I have done and nowhere else comes close to the quality of service.

I can honestly say that Fran was the best Estate Agent we could have ever had the pleasure of working with. It really is a joy to see someone so knowledgable about their industry and who clearly loves it so much - and Fran's enthusiasm and passion for her work was evident from the very first moment we met her. As was her integrity, honesty and exceptional support throughout the process.
In fact, she went so far above and beyond what we would have expected an agent to do that she has set an incredibly high bar for anyone else! Not that we would ever want to use another agent other than Fran though, of course!
Our purchase was certainly no simple one; a complete refurb and conversion of a totally gutted Grade 2 listed house, which didn't have planning permission for certain parts of it added decades ago, and certainly not helped with constant problems and tantrums thrown by the builder - all of which Fran handled with patience and professionalism. Oh and on top of all that was the fact we were first time buyers with a very tight timeframe ticking down before our mortgage offer expired!!
But Fran was absolutely brilliant, including her regular liaisons with the vendor to keep them happy, and even helping with issues with the builder, building regulations officer and local council when technically she didn't need to. But such was her personal commitment to help in any way she possibly could, she eagerly stepped in to make things go so much smoother - and which we are eternally grateful for!
All in all we could not thank Fran enough for all she did and if we could award her more stars on here we would! We would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who will really put 'you' first and provide a service that, frankly, cannot otherwise be bought.

I had been trying to move house since early 2022 but through no fault of my property, my move kept falling through for various reasons. I had very difficult personal circumstances which meant access to my property was extremely limited. Can’t have asked for anything more from Fran in the sale of our house. She (what felt like must have been a daily occurrence) was speaking up and down our chain to move estate agents and solicitors along. She helped me with everything from benign questions on my solicitors forms that I couldn’t understand, to helping us rapidly change solicitors so that we could progress our mortgage. She had sold our property within a few weeks of putting it on the market (over the summer too, which is notoriously quiet) and once sold, had us exchanging and completing within 14 weeks. She just “got” everything. Wherever my head was out, she must’ve seen it in other clients and knew how to sensitively support me. Can’t recommend Fran enough, and wouldn’t go anywhere else for the sale of my next place. Worth every penny of her cut (and quite honestly, worth a lot more!) thanks Fran for everything!

It is not often I give reviews, but I felt this needed to be stated. I had enquired about a property and was emailing an agent consistently. She has booked me on for 2 pm. I emailed to confirm the booking the next day, and she had said 1.15pm - I did not have enough time to get there. I had still driven down wasting 1 hour and a half of my time (I tried calling multiple times) I'm very dissappinted with the service as I was told, "The agent is unlikely to do any further viewings on this as we have had a really successful day today." With it being no fault of mine, I was declined. Not impressed. Not valued. Not appreciated.

Does exactly what it says on the tin.
Bespoke service from start to finish , Fran is always at the end of the phone as and when needed, Fran goes above and beyond her expected level of service and we have been kept updated daily even if there was nothing to report.
Fran said she would find our final home for us and she did, and what a ride it has been with several setbacks, Fran has been on hand offering reassurance at every stage and contacting solicitors daily to keep us informed of the progress.

I’ve dealt with Fran the manager of HS Homes of Solihull as a landlord. I couldn’t be happier of her knowledge, service and friendliness. She conducted 30 viewings for my property in just 2 days. She kept me informed every step of the way (Even at 9pm she would still send you email updates).
I’ve previously used the high street agencies but felt I am just a number for them on their performance sheet. With Fran it was a genuine one to one service.

I cannot speak highly enough about HS Home’s Fran Stallard. Since taking on my Mother-in-law’s retirement flat, she has worked tirelessly exploring every possible avenue to sell it.
The first thing she did was to video the inside of the flat, to give potential buyers an initial insight into what the flat had to offer.
Retirement flats are probably the hardest property to sell in the current market. But HS Homes succeeded in selling it.
Communication throughout was exceptional, regularly updating us on any progress and current market conditions.
I would not hesitate to recommend HS Homes to anyone wanting to sell there property.

Fran was amazing. We were purchasing a house she was the estate agent for and she was incredibly helpful. We were first-time buyers and she met up with us to explain the whole process and kept us in the loop of everything going on with our house and the onward houses in the chain. I used Fran when buying a property and to be honest I wish I’d used her to sell my house as well . Her service is top class and I would recommend you use her company 100%. She will sort out any problems or worries you have at such a stressful time and I really can’t praise her company enough. If you want a personal and extremely stress free and friendly company to look after you whether you’re buying or selling property then you’d be daft not to use Fran and her company .

When it came to selling our house we thought that going with an independent estate agent would be the best option. once we had met Fran and discussed our needs we knew we were right and that she was the woman for us! Fran was brilliant, I couldn't fault her. Our sales process wasn't the most straight forward but Fran was there to guide us through it. For me, knowing I could contact her regardless the reason or time and get a response was priceless. I will definitely be recommending Fran to all my friends and family.

Fran has been such a great help throughout my whole process. She’s kept me up to date every week and kept close contact in order to reassure me everything was going ahead as planned. I am a first time buyer so everything was new to me however Fran kept me reassured throughout and kept me updated in order to make sure everything was going smoothly. At some points it was a lot of pressure but she took a lot of it off me which was great as I work full time. I do hope I can work with her again in the near future. Great service!
