I rented with Unihousing for over 5 years and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They were incredible. Even recently, over a year after I’d moved I needed a reference and they were as welcoming as ever. They still remembered me and were happy to help. Even though they have no obligation to at this stage. Honestly if I could go back to one of their properties I would immediately. I found the team to be very friendly and ‘caring’ being the important word. I always got a same day (same hour) response in the past when I needed help and in this instance it was the same great service. Make them your number one choice. Trust me. :)

I was looking for UoB Accommodation and Unihousing did not disappoint! They made sure that the flat was regularly maintained and we're very responsive to my queries. The very kind staff always were a joy to talk to. 5 stars for sure!

Uni housing have supported my journey completely as a first year student the transition from home to living alone is massive and a big change, they have supported and helped me with everything ,they're very professional and informative I have made the best decision by choosing to live with uni housing ,any problems they get back to you instantly ,all of the workers are lovely and informative and Icky has been amazing with any maintenance issues and anything I have needed, any questions I've had was dealt with instantly its honestly the best decision Ive made choosing to live with these I would highly recommend them ,coming from a family at home to living alone is a big change but everyone at uni housing made me feel so welcome and the area and studio rooms are so clean and safe if anyones looking to live out for uni I would most definitely recommend uni housing.

We rented for two years (non students) in Harborne and it was the best experience of landlords we have had. They were super fast responding to any issues and these were always resolved quickly. Would recommend to anyone renting in Birmingham.

I applied for a studio quite late, but still got a beautiful accommodation. The staff were friendly. They sat with me and explored my options, working around my budget. Maintenance team is fast and reliable.

I am a commercial tennant, highly rate Iky. He never fails to deliver with his quick response to any queries or concerns. Most recently we had a problem with a fence in the shared garden area, following an out of hours call, Iky arranged this to be sorted within 48 hours. Never a hassle to help.

Used this agency for 2 years at 2 different properties around Selly Oak. Always friendly, professional and helpful. Maintenance responds very quickly. Never had issues getting the full deposit back within a good timeframe after leaving the house tidy. Definitely recommend!

Really kind and cooperative staff! Always quick to respond, they helped me out a lot in this Covid situation. I rented with them for 2nd year and now again for my 3rd year! The rooms are nice and also pretty affordable while being super close to uni. Highly recommend them!

Rented with them in my second year of uni, now in the process of booking for my final year (after a year abroad). Really helpful service, very helpful, very responsive. Maintenance have always been quick to sort any issues. Wouldn't want to go with any other agency! Cannot attend viewings at the moment so Kate has been very helpful answering any questions I have needed via email. Cannot fault this agency at all!

Best agency I used during my years in Selly Oak. Professional and understanding. Quick to respond to queries. Maintenance staff weren’t always as fab as the office staff but issues were always handled eventually. Prompt (and fair) return of deposits unlike many other Selly oak agencies. Would definitely remember to friends
