HH KNOW THE MARKET.
Current sales stock is poor reflecting on vendors ejecting poor hmos first or those who have not invested in them for years and being let...
This is no reflection on HH infact really sympathise
For us we have a particular strategy hence a purchase may take a while.
We look foward to purchasing via HH soon

Don’t recommend at all!!!! Don’t be fooled by these reviews, I’ve never heard anything good from other students and they’re mentioned in the UoB Facebook group for being a bad company(Join ‘Fab n Fresh’ on FB and type in ‘house hunt’ to see). I regret getting a house with them so much.
Too many reasons to list but they work illegally- we had no working fire alarms, carbon monoxide alarm or fire blanket for MONTHS whilst paying rent. They know we’re students and can’t afford to take legal action unfortunately so they take advantage.
You also have to hassle them for any issues you have and I had to go in real life to their shop multiple times as they would ignore my emails/reassure me they would sort it and it would never get done.
Cherry on top is our house getting charged over £400 for cleaning despite leaving it much better than how we found it (which was covered in mould with hairs all over the floors????) which is also illegal according to the Tenancy Fees Act of 2019. They also tried to charge for issues that we already had when moving in (eg broken chairs) that were never fixed.
Such a bad experience.

Terrible service, God forbid you want to move out of the property. Even if you give them notice you're still fully liable unless you find someone else and then they still keep your deposit. Worst estate agents going

If you get Adnan Ahmed as a landlord please please be careful. There was fleas all over our flat which caused me to have loads of bites on my feet and even an allergic reaction. There was damp in the flat, the boiler kept switching off so the house was always cold and barely had hot water. Adnan would only sort out our problems when it was close to rent being due even though I would email, text and call him. He is very unprofessional and made my first time living by myself the worst experience of my life.

On the surface they are very friendly and professional seeming however if you need anything done they will go round in circles with you referring you to other "departments" and taking absolutely ages to fix anything / get anything done. Furthermore, their communication was inconsistent and unprofessional. We were left in the dark for extended periods, often having to follow up repeatedly just to receive a vague response. Thoroughly disappointed. Beware of all the fake reviews.

I was new into the area and House Hunt were very helpful in finding me a room to rent. The level of service and care was outstanding.
They were very patient and listened to my needs. Their prices were very competitive and I would recommend House Hunt to anyone with hesitation and reservation.

we each payed £400 a month to live in a practical crack den. the company were also unwilling to help with issues we had/ repairs needed. you would be better off sleeping on a park bench!

Tried to deduct money from deposit for mess created by gardeners they sent round after we left the property.
Also very bad communication and slow to fix issues.
Would also always try and set up viewings without giving 24hour notice.

They promise viewings, yet they give the property before time.
Worst service.
Follow up: That’s a reply you could’ve given only if you’ve offered equal chances for viewing, not saying you offer me a viewing in 3 days even when I offered for viewing the same day or asap and then called me 10 hours later to say it’s not available anymore. It’s all done anyways. Have a lovely day!

Very bad estate agent, left me without facilities to wash for months for what was a very easy fix. Refused to give any reductions on rent and then proceeded to take over £200 out of the deposit for cleaning fees as one bed hadn’t been vacuumed underneath and a shower had cleaning smears on it. I can’t understand how this was £200 worth of cleaning especially when I contacted the new tenants who said these things hadn’t been cleaned at all. When I asked for a breakdown of costs we were met with silence.
