Have to agree with the other reviews. In a sea of letting agents who have only their own best interest in mind, this organization is at best, charlatans. We rented a property through them where they used out-and-out lies just to ensure we would take it, and then acted surprised when it didn't work out and blamed it on the landlady. In the end we ended up in a dispute over the deposit that went on for nearly six months due to arbitration of claims that were most likely the construct of Uniplan from the very beginning. I only gave them one star because it's required t make the post...if I had my choice, it would be zero stars. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!... Read more

Untrustworthy and unprofessional. They were not forthcoming about the details of the property I was interested in, and then gave me false information, I'm assuming in a bid to deter me from making an offer on the property... Read more
