Just a typical estate agent that are nice to you to get you to sign the contract, after that they treat you like they are the ones doing you a favour. Very rude and abrupt, you’d think there would be an element of care or desire to provide great customer service considering the amount of competition there is. Recommendation = avoid... Read more

For the money they would have received from the sale of the property their effort and application in selling the property was minimal - will go with online estate agent next time they charge 5 times less! Lesson learnt!!... Read more

Experience was pretty poor from both the Sydenham office (initially renting and referencing via them) and then the management via the Crystal Palace branch. Customer service is just awful, they say they will do things that they do not do, and they tell you things that simply aren't true. A few examples: Alexander from the Sydenham branch told us that the noisy tenants above us were moving out which was just a lie. He also said that when the washing machine in the property went wrong that it was actually gifted to us so we would need to pay to replace it. We were never told this originally nor was it in our contract, so he simply lied. We were very grateful to be out of the property!!... Read more
