Letting agent has so far not dealt with a rodent infestation 14 days after it was first reported. All manner of other issues including two leaks, one of which is dripping through a kitchen light fitting and washing machine that floods the kitchen every time we use it. The letting agent seemingly is reluctant to reply to emails lest they admit to any of these issues in writing. To top it off I am told to 'calm down' and being told I'm 'overreacting' to the rodent issue. I have rats/mice literally walking all over my sofa, cushions and kitchen work tops and God knows where else!
