Excellent service overall. Initial meeting with Keith was great. No pressure to make home improvements. Prompt follow up after initial meeting, despite it being just before Christmas. Once I'd signed a contract with them, communication changed however - for example, the price proposed was significantly reduced and I was only informed of this by email, I was not shown the descriptive text or photos before the house went on the market, nor asked my opinion. I emailed a complaint and next got a phone call asking for payment of the marketing fees! No acknowledgement of my email! But after expressing my concerns it all got sorted and was plain sailing after that. Pacitti Jones did all the viewings for me and I was able to follow progress online. I had over 40 viewings. They advised me when to go to closing date and I was delighted with the offers I received. Even after the missives were signed they took the buyers round again for measurements that they wanted.
