Rettie were by far the most unhelpful agents possible. I had an issue with the radiator which I kept asking them about and they refused to help for over 3 weeks in the depths of winter! I had to buy a heated blanket. Then there was a gas issue which they never told us about which we had to get sorted ourselves. Finally, upon leaving the property, Rettie decided to claim there was a stain on the bed underside and deducted a huge amount of deposit even though the stain was there originally. Absolutely would not recommend this agency. A flat they manage has a fairly minor repair which has caused damage to my flat underneath. They have spent the better part of two months avoiding my calls and emails when the repair needed is inexpensive. Unprofessional and untrustworthy.... Read more
