I had a really positive experience using Countrywide West End to rent out my flat and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to do the same. I always felt they were giving me sound advice from years of experience in the business and brought up useful points that I wouldn’t have thought of myself. They also ran a very personalised service. Yasmin worked hard to find the correct tenants for me and my flat, there was no pressure to accept tenants quickly, and I always felt they gave me honest and insightful feedback after each viewing. Yasmin went the extra mile, even removing some leftover boxes from the previous tenants so that I didn’t have to come and do that myself from Inverness! Their communication by phone and email was excellent and I really appreciated that I was always kept in mind and in the loop. It was very convenient that I could communicate with them via WhatsApp because I don’t have a good phone signal where I work.... Read more
