Had to hire a van last August to collect some gym equipment from Essex (at very short notice). To say they were extremely helpful would be an understatement. Not only were they friendly and very accomodating, they came in much cheaper than their competition and the van was way better than I'd expected. I'll be using them again to go London this year. Very sad to say for the first time the vehicle supplied was almost unroadworthy. The local branch in Corby had it seems to have had this vehicle (long wheelbase transit) on long term lease it was absolutely filthy. In the light of day two days later it was inspected by the Plymouth branch who found so many faults including what appeared to be a full frontal collision damage. Upon return to Corby branch they just held their hands up and gave us a full refund for the hire. It was a terrible mistake by someone to let this vehicle do a 552 mile journey. I'm sorry to say I would no longer reccomend them. It appears they just wanted the hire at any cost. Not even a good will gesture for our fuel. It ????????????????????????????????????????????... Very efficient and friendly. Small branch but extremely helpful staff with quick, easy pick up and return. We also benefitted from an upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Three quid taxi ride to the station, which they called for us. All customer-facing staff in masks. Will use them next time we're back in Plymouth.... Read more

The worse Enterprise I have been to in the UK. Like a load of kids working in there and very rude and cheeky. What happened to the customer is always correct?? No pickup service offered or to take me back. Why I use this company. Then the cheek to charge me £1.15 for fuel and think its funny to do so. A taxi would cost £30 both ways Enterprise!...
