Never set up a standing order with the tenant. Had to chase them on numerous occasions for rent. Very difficult to get hold of on the phone and rarely answered emails. Allowed the tenant to wallpaper and redecorate without informing us. Tenant left owing thousands in rent and damage to the property. Awful service!... Read more
