I needed to rent an apartment close to Birmingham City Centre. The crew at Viva Letting agency were great, very professional and I was able to secure a 2 bedroom flat near the New street train station. Exactly where I wanted it. Graham and Rana were very helpful they have showed me number of flats to choose from.
The application process was very smooth. They also addressed every query I had in a very clear and comprehensive manner. I am very pleased with the service offered by Viva letting and I would highly recommend it.

I told them that I would contract a professional cleaning company to clean my flat before moving out but they said “no, we have a contract with a company doing the cleaning because there are no other cleaning firms meet our requirements and the tenant therefore will be charged twice”. It does not make any sense!
They deducted £220 for the cleaning from my deposit. In addition, their administrative fees were high and also took £1750 deposit (equals 2month rent).

Brilliant service from the team! Very professional and prompt especially dealing maintenance issues. Friendly and helpful! I have noticed they are very transparent with procedures and guidelines. Highly recommended had a pleasant stay thanks guys.

Rude and forceful in communications over the phone; I made two bookings to view properties regardless. Viva did not confirm the bookings, would not tell me the specific address, or give me a mobile number or name of the estate agent that would be meeting us...then didn't bother showing up for either of my appointments.
There is no alternative phone number on a Sat and the office would not answer the phone. The building that they are located within was locked.
I wouldn't recommend them at all and I have heard similar stories from other people.
