I cannot fault this company. A small family business, they will always answer the phone, or get back promptly. I have been really impressed by the balance that Viva strike between professional care of both tenant and landlord. It is not easy to achieve satisfactory outcomes for both, and yet this company manage to do just that. They take on additional responsibilities and go ABCD (Above and Beyond the Call of Duty) to give excellent customer satisfaction. I cannot rate these guys highly enough.... Read more

Be careful using them. They were ok during the whole tenancy, but once you checkout they try to take as much of your deposit as possible. They tried charging a total of £900 for mine although I have kept it really well!... Read more

NEVER USE THIS LETTING AGENCY IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE - Unprofessional, lazy, slow, inefficient to name a few key attributes. Residents constantly complain about the service and clients suffer due to their inability to deliver. Not worth the money.
