They are responsive and proactive on all tenant and maintanace related issues.
Communication is quick, simple always coupled with great suggested solutions to issues.

I have used Waltham Estates for many years now for property management. They provide an excellent professional service. Rent is paid promptly, any maintenance is communicated before it’s carried out with estimated costs and then carried out promptly. Monthly PDF statements are also provided allowing me to keep an electronic record of payments/maintenance. If you are looking for someone to manage your properties then I can highly recommend Waltham Estates.

I've been client of Waltham Estates since 2019. I've never had a problem with them. The properties are old and somewhat neglected, so require a lot of maintenance. The guys at Waltham Estates always come up with a suitable tradesman to sort out the problems, with minimal input from me.
I don't live in London, so I cannot visit the properties or sort out any issues personally, so I am very dependent on Waltham Estates being able to deal with 100% of problems that arise. In that respect they have delivered perfectly.
I prefer to deal with things via email, and they are very good at responding quickly to my queries. On the odd occasion that I telephone them, all the individuals I speak to are polite and upbeat.
I did some careful due diligence before switching to Waltham Estates, and this paid off for me. The previous agent was shockingly bad. Being a good letting agent is hard work, and many people offering the service are not prepared to do that work. Waltham Estates is an honourable exception.
Faizan Kauser is the agent I've had most to do with, but I've dealt with a number of the staff and they all seem equally motivated.

I had rented my property on Waltham estates guaranteed rent scheme and my rent was always paid on time and when it was time to sell my property it was handed back promptly , vacant and in good condition
Would recommend as reliable agent who get things done .

Ali was very professional and helpful when me and my wife was looking for a property to move in London. He helped us from the very beginning, along with the processing of papers (step by step for referencing) and until we received the house key. Ali is easy to contact to when we have questions regarding our applications. This is my 3rd time moving into a property but Ali was by far the best agent we have experienced. Waltham estates is so lucky to have an agent like him.

Ali and Kashan came to see us when we wanted to let our flat. They were both very helpful and efficient. We felt confident about using their services due to their professionalism and honest advice.
Everything was taken care of without any problems and we had tenants within two weeks. The two weeks were simply to carry out repairs etc. They recommended very good and reasonably priced builders and decorators. They were very fast and efficient. We highly recommend Waltham Estates, and we would certainly use them again.

As a first time landlord, I couldn't be more grateful for Waltham Estates. They have made the entire process so smooth. Wasted no time in getting tenants in. Also great support offered to prepare the property - very knowledgable on what needed to be done to make the property rentable.
I did contact several agents, but felt that Waltham Estates were the most professional and approachable! Contact anytime and always get a response.

I decided to use Waltham Estates to let my property based on reviews I had already seen. From the first visit for a valuation I could see why they were so highly recommended. Totally professional and highly informed Kashan made the whole process unbelievably easy. The property was let within 4 days and the whole process completed in under 2 weeks. Kashan continues to stay in touch and answer any questions I have. I feel confident that their manged service was the best choice for me and that they will deliver the service I need.

I worked as the acting solicitor in the purchase for one of my clients who found their home through Waltham Estates and I have to say they are one of the most polite and helpful estate agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. With knowledge of the Walthamstow area the sales team were able to advise my client which searches were necessary, not only saving them money but time, which meant we could speed up the conveyancing process at our end. I find it so refreshing to see agents that put their clients first and actually work with solicitors instead of against us!
